The hospitality and behaviour of manager(Receptionist) is very bad... worst experienced ever...pls don't come anyone 
If u ask for anything to the receptionist .he answered it like non educated person
Also the property is very old so no tecnology and facilities ie water ,heater ,no plug points,break doors,no tv
Swimming pool is not clean
Bathroom also not clean



Worst Hotel ever

Had an amazing stay , courteous staff and very flexible. Rooms were near and spacious with essential commodities. Recreation activities were really nice like pool, roof top cafe music and amazing authentic food according to our needs and staff is really helpful and nice moreover location is near to jaisalmer fort. 😁😁

Amazing hospitality done by the hotel rana villa. All adventers like camel safari, jeep safari, camping, site seeing are fantastic. Must visit this place. You can get all the fun and laughter.love this place.

Hospitality Review

This is our second visit to the hotel in last 4 years. The staff remains humble soft spoken and always helping. Breakfast food is also good which is served on rooftop restaurant. We tried veg cheese toast and masala tea for inroom snacks and it was amazing. Considering winter's the swimming pool was all dried up. During power cuts there is inverter backup for one light and fan.prefer taking rooms with window sit outs. Rooms and washrooms are spacious with basic amenities.

Worth it

We spent a night as a couple Pros: - Nice reception - Friendly staff - Spacious accommodation and bathroom Cons: - Dirty saunas - Swimming pool with dirty water - A little varied breakfast - A staff member asked us for money for toilet paper and toilet soap (a disproportionate amount).

Comfortable little hotel

The exterior architecture of the hotel and the lobby are really beautiful, but the neighborhood where it is located is like a slum, nothing less... As for the rooms, they are all very, very ordinary. Hot water for the shower is on demand and you have to do quickly to get hot water for the second shower. Meals are taken on the terrace on the roof where it's quite cold in the morning and evening. Very family hotel where people leave the door of their room open and walk from room to room. So if you're looking for a quiet hotel, go somewhere else... Nice hotel, but very ordinary rooms

Located in a bad, dirty area, (pigs everywhere) far from the old town, this hotel is not worth its price. We were traveling in 5, 2 rooms. They assigned us 2 rooms on the ground floor adjacent to the reception. Noises or even voices passed through the paper walls and resting was difficult. The structure should be a little over 3 years old but it is really badly maintained. The bathroom is already old, rusty and dirty. Inadequate staff both at the reception and at the restaurant.
