We drove from Mumbai to Jaisalmer and reached there a little late in the evening around 8:00pm.  We booked this online mistaking it for some other property.  When we reached here, we were welcomed by the manager and we were a little surprised to see that we were the only guests in the resort.  That made us a little wary and sceptical.  But we were pleasantly surprised, that the staff treated us well and they did not compromise on any service.  They hosted the cultural program just for us and it felt like a private viewing in some palace and also lit the bonfire just for us.  The experience was surreal and thoroughly enjoyed it.  The meal in the package was only veg meal which is very tasty and when we requested for some tandoori chicken to served as starters, they complied without complaining.  And I don't have much to complain about in terms of the way we were treated. I am taking away one star, as we had to struggle with the water there.  The water supply was not consistent in the bathroom and there was no hot water.  Having stayed there in peak winter toward end of December, it was very challenging to not have hot water in the washroom.

A very peaceful stay, courteous staff

I had read mixed reviews about the place and was very skeptical while booking but the place turned out to be wonderful the owner Mr. Anil really went out of the way to help us and the service of Mr. Kuldeep who is the manger was incredible.
We personally had a very great experience. It is out of the main city so if you have a vehicle it would be better.

Great Camping Experience

Great stay with great facilities..cooperative staff with quick response..beautiful location..every one should book this property to enjoy the nature in dessert..the tent facility is fantastic..value for money..

Fabulous stay

Good camp within the natural sand dunes but the amenities that is being provided by the best camps in Desert region is missing by a far mile. The service standard is low and can be jacked up big time to garner better tourist numbers.

Nice camp

If you have your own vehicle or personal cab then his will be a good place for you. Tent facilities are quite good but their services was really worst. They only offer breakfast and dinner, no lunch facilities are there. Only 2 water bottles given by them. If you need more then you need to pay for this.

Good place but worst service with less amenities

I stayed here for one night with my family. It was suggested to me by my nephew who visited it last year same time. It is the best located Camp in Jaisalmer being right in front of Sam Sand Dunes. Good food, very clean and Hygienically maintained resort. Courteous staff. Food is vegetarian and tasty. Rajsathani food as well as Punjabi food items are available both in dinner as well as in breakfast. Camel ride was included in stay charges as it was good and quite enjoying. Camel folks left us and came back only after we completely enjoyed sunset. No extra money demanded and very quite friendly. Hot water was available in morning and tea was served 2 times in camp. Folk song show and dance was arranged by camp ( included in stay charges) and quite authentic. We and other families were allowed to play our own numbers and to dance.
Best part of this camp is that one can enjoy Sunrise right from the camp itself. I did it and quite satisfied.
Camp was less crowded as camp management keep strict vigil on right people to be as guest.
I recommend it for  families especially those who wants to spend quality time with their family in a calm and serene environment. My kids were very happy by watching stars in very clear sky and identifying pole star etc.
