Big spacious rooms with AC and clean! I cannot speak highly enough of the hospitality and kindess of the owners of this business. I had a difficult situation when I arrived in Jaislamer and I phoned for assistance and I was picked up 40km away and brought here, to be treated like family and with so mich respect. Please stay at this hotel, the owners deserve your business, they are amazing people. Forever grateful I contacted them!

Worst of the worst...
No water in mrng in stinking bathrooms, no power backup, nobody was there to listen,
And in mrng breakfast meals were served cold. Only parantha with sabzi n poha n not that adequate qty.


Don't go on photos. Dharamshala are better than this

Good stay, friendly staff. Mr Pushpendra arranged the entire stay and trip for us. Hotel staff helps with anything that you need. It’s worth it at such a great deal, plus quite nearby to the fort. Overall good experience 

Worth staying

Amazing staff, with efficient working and proper hygiene. Very helpful and polite manager Mr. Anil Kaswan. Had a great experience would surely recommend this to others. The staff makes sure that you have best of the time.

Great Experience

We arrived having made a reservation, the reception appeared to be confused. We were given a room that was dark and dirty with musty smelling bathroom. Sheets were not clean. We changed rooms. Still dirty and lights/plugs not working. Bed collapsed so changed rooms again. There was a drain running under our floor, could hear water running and also inspection hatch in the room. The hotel needs redecorating and updating. Better hotels by far in area. Relocated for the rest of our stay.

Stay in Jaisalmer

Stayed two nights in two different rooms. 
When we arrived our room was not even cleaned even though theres been lots of employees sitting around and doing nothing.
Both rooms we were given were not really clean, sheets stained and even too small for the pillows, even the walls and floor have been dirty. Had a room for three and the third person had to sleep in a short and really uncomfortable spare bed.
Worst of all is the bathroom with no windows and therefore smelly already when we moved in. Theres no shower curtain and you'll  wet everything while showering. 
The electricity went off every ten minutes and therefore we had to shower with cold water the first day. 
We didn't go into the pool as the waters been so dirty. 
Everytime we told them which time we gonna leave in the morning but still we had to wake up the staff to get out. On the last day we booked a drop off and checked in the evening before but next morning no one was there and we had to wait again. 
Would not stay here again! 

Good things: 
close to the fort in walking distance and even to the lake
restaurants around (cafe diner)
Possibility to leave the luggage at reception when u go on a safari
Staff were always friendly but really badly organised.

Poor service in shabby rooms

Those who believe that this establishment is of excellent quality, there are GREAT HYGIENE PROBLEMS! Beyond the dirt, humidity, dirt and dirty sheets, the young men's team is not even welcoming. We were forced to ask to change our sheets in our respective rooms (that is, 3 rooms in total) because of suspicious tasks and hair.

Shame on you!

We've got a lousy hotel, rooms as spacious as ever, but not even clean sheets, a bathroom between the bathrooms and a two-centimeter shower with no curtains, let me imagine. Breakfast on the roof and in winter at 0 degrees, let me imagine they're setting, you can definitely find better.

I wouldn't go back.

I've spent two days in Jaisalmer, one night of which in the Royale hotel. The premises are wide and comfortable, and they also have a nice terrace facing the fort. It is located outside the fort, which is in a walkable distance. It's perfect to avoid the chaos of the narrow hallways inside the fort. On top of all of this, Bohan the host is the most kind and helpful person you can ever wish. I was solo travelling and he took good care of me, helping me stay safe and also giving me very good advices on the best place to visit in the city. I would definitely go back to his place when I'm around again!

Great hotel and greater host!

This hotel is one of the best option in the city. It has swiming-pool, an amazing rooftop, good breakfast, beautiful rooms and friendly staff. The recepcionist let us leave the lugagge for a while when  we checked out You will definitely enjoy the city in such a place.
