I visited there on 24/10/2021, along with my friends.. Firstly we went to play zone.. Experience was pretty good.  But bumper car was not working properly... Out of 4 only 3 we're working and out of those three only 1 was doing great.. 

After words we went for restaurant.. Live singing made our mood bit good.. But when it comes to food I discovered following issues.
 I am not sure about "Ala carte". We opted for buffet  2*veg & 2*non veg. 

1.They were using frozen food because of which even after trying 2-3 non veg dishes still we were experiencing foul smell in it.
2 When i went for main course.. Rice were totally dried up.
 3 Food in serving dishes was totally dried up.. Due to excessive heating. 
4.Garlic bread.. It was really visible only essences of  garlic was there.. Again only bit of aroma of garlic... But when it comes to taste nothing was there..

Now let's talk about good things .. Staff was really welcoming.. Fresh lime was great along with veg rolls and halwa... ,It was first interaction with the property.. Hope so next time we will not see such things again.. 
Because it was not a transit stay.. We specially went there but experience was really not good.. 

Food experience was pathetic

I had attended marriage function recently. It is situated on the highway and very spacious. I had not got the opportunity to enjoy the hotel facility but on entrance there was a coffee shop (might be it was installed exclusively for the function). I would like to give special credit to the wedding planner. Decoration and food was awesome. Everything was well planned and perfect.

I visited the banquet for a wedding.The decor was excellent and the food spread was good.I also tried their restaurant and it seved mouth watering dishes.The ambience of the hotel is excellent and they also  have a kids zone with video games and 3 d theatre

Good catering 

Visited for a very short time. The hotel is ideally placed along the highway. The staff is excellent and well trained. The food was the highlight. The restaurant "Cilantro" serves some of the best food I have eaten along my trip also has an amazing ambience. The stay was nice and cozy. I really would suggest this place to any traveller passing by. 
Keep up the good work. Maintain it the way it is. 

Amazing stay

On 8th of June, I along with my colleagues went to 17 miles for lunch. we ordered the choices, but the staff was very slow and callous in serving. we ourselves took the dishes from the serving table to our table. The dishes were not upto the mark as the standard of the Hotel specifies. Even they were not very tasteful. Water served was also not cold. we told them to give cold water which arrived after 20 minutes. Overall not a very good experience. I have been to many other renowned restaurants in Jammu but this one not lived upto the mark.

Lunch at Cilantro

It's a bit of a rock'n'roll ride to get there from Delhi, since you have to cross the highway... With our group of bikers, we stayed there for one night, it's the perfect place to step from Delhi to Srinagar. The services are high-end, you feel like you're going into a palace. It's clean, the comfort of the rooms is very good, the food is good quality and the staff is cautious. Despite the proximity of the highway it's not loud. Although in Muslim countries, you can drink a cool beer in the evening in the adjacent bar.

It's a great place to stay and a high-end comfort.

Not memorable. Didn't cater for masterbed room. Flush in bathroom not functional. Atmosphere was not appropriate for a holiday. Food was okay. Staff were cheerful.really need to improve on customer satisfaction.

We stopped at this hotel from Delhi to go to Ladakh by motorbike through Kashmir. We left early in the morning and arrived when it was already dark. There is a large guarded parking lot in front and we left the 15 motorcycles there. The hotel is fully air conditioned and the rooms are spacious and pleasant. We ate well there and breakfast was good. There was a bar with alcohol just attached to the hotel. It is a good choice to stop on the Kashmir road.

On 29th oct ( my birthday), gone for dinner there, interior of the restaurant was nice no doubt, but about ambience what should i say was horrible, it was full of loud noise from other people around, i dont know who were they but they were talking and laughing like hell,  it was really very uncomfortable with the family.
Now lets come to the food, since I had gone for first time over there, I asked them to serve us their special vegetarian dishes only, starter amritsari paneer  tikka was average only, in main course the sabz dhunidaar as per them was their speciality, but honestly that was the worst stuff that I had ever tasted in my life, was full of vinegar and pomegranate seeds,lacha paratha was like roasted papd, and papad was bitter in taste, veg biriyani hadn't any veg inside, instead was full of spices and chillies only,  Air con was disastrous, we were sweating there and we requested the staff to increase the aircon, but to  no use, so it was only a average food like ordinary dhaba wala food.

Really spoiled  my birthday eve, will never visit this place again.

Its an average hotel with average food.

The place is about 20 Kms from Jammu. It is located at the NH4 connecting Jammu to Pathankot. The transport facility  from Jammu is very good.Another city adjoining is Samba Distt.of J&k.
Hospatility was not upto mark but The food was great.
