Below are the pros and cons:

Pros:
1. You get continuous hot water supply

Cons:
1. Poor Room Service. We asked to service our room before we left the room (about 8:30 am). After repeated calls to the reception (and finally after shouting at them), they finally sent somebody at 7:30 pm.
2. You have to ask for everything.
3. No toiletries. 
4. Careless attitude of the staff.
5. We arrived at 7 am (which we mentioned at the time of our booking and then 2 days prior to our actual booking date) and still everybody was asking who do we talk to. We were asked to pay ₹500 additional for early check-in but then the guy at reception asked to pay ₹700 (after bargaining he agreed on ₹500)
6. Even after all this, we were initially given a very small room with dirty store room in the back. After we protested, they agreed to give us a different room. When we came back to hotel at 3 pm that day, the room was still wasn't ready and had to wait another 30 minutes in the lobby.
7. Blood stained blankets. We asked to change the balnket right away, but after the room was serviced, they told us they didn't have any dry blanket. So we had to choose between blood stained blanket and a wet blanket. We chose the wet one (in winter).

So all-in-all, really one of the worst experiences. I prefer average hotels, not too fancy. But at this price, I was really expecting a bit more but ended up getting below average service.

P.S. Too bad we don't have zero star ratings.

Below Average Stay

Worst! Worst!! Worst!!!! Having paid ₹2500 per night was not at all worthy. Firstly they provided with congested room with no hot water supply. When asked for a room change, room was provided with no basic toiletries like soap, paper roll ( no hand wash till last day of stay). On being asked for a room change (around 8: 30 am) , room service was provided after yelling at them around 7: 30 pm. On being asked for change of blanket , they provided us with the wet blanket. Wifi was not working at all. You cannot have cutlery (jus lt plates and spoons) if you haven't ordered from their kitchen. There was no non veg in the hotel and we wanted to have non veg food. But still, they denied us of the basic cutlery when we asked them. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms are very clean.Staff behavior was good.All the front office staff are very nice, specially Mr.Bhabani and Mr.Mahendra Singh.Location wise not bad. They provide buffet breakfast.But some times they do not have enough quantity for the guest.But they can provide you when you can ask for the same.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and this is a very decent hotel with latest amenities like sensor lights touch locks.
I ordered lunch once I entered the hotel. It was a Veg Thali (THIS IS A VEG HOTEL). Thali was quite good by quantity and tasty as well. You need to take Auto rikshaw / UBER/ OLA from hotel to visit Clock Tower for around Rs. 70-80.
For Umaid Bhavan, MehranGhar Fort and JAswant Thada we booked scooty which is easily available at any place.
I booked UBER at 4:30AM at morning to go to Railway station. Communication wise it is in good place. 
Free breakfast includes Paratha / Upma / Poha. I think they will provide ANY of this to one person. 
They clean your room when you are not in your room so please pack your belongings once you are going out.

Nice Stay but away from tourist attractions

I had good experience. Nice and clean rooms. Centrally Air conditioned. Clean bathrooms. Prompt Room Service. Breakfast was also good. Budget - Mid range hotel. They helped me in parking our Tempo Traveller.

Family cum business hotel

I don’t write reviews much often but this time, I am BOUND TO! Never encountered such a horrendous hospitality in my life, like EVER!!! How they are running their business is still what wonders me the most. My whole emotions are at an exclamation point because the staff member were so horrible at their service.

Horrible hospitality

Horrible experience of my life!!  I have never faced such a nuisance until now. Such pathetic behaviour, hospitality,rules and what not. I legit have to book another room for my client only to have an hour of meeting with him, i mean what d hell??! Who does that? Aside from this, whatever thats been put up on their website, the photos and such are all for show, Nothin else. The staff members are horrible, hospitality is pathetic, everything u see is Pure justification of being dreadful!

Bad behavior and hidden policys

Perfect location. Less than 5 kms from the airport, railway stn and the city centre!I was travelling individually on a business errand. Couldn't have found a better place at a better location.Lovely rooms!!!
