Please done eat food from there or drink beer from there.. it's fully crap and in ethical.. specially the staff was behaving like local rowdies and ignorant.. better to find better place to eat and drink.. no idea about hotel rooms..

Second bad experience in same month

I stayed in this hotel for a night on 25th December 2016 and moved to Trivandrum next day. I had booked 3 rooms with  7of us in the family. I checked in late, but got all 3 rooms pretty quickly. Morning complimentary breakfast was good. Recommend this hotel for a night stay.

Nice experience

Hotel property is good. Easy access as it is on highway. Ample Parking space. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and neat. Poor occupancy. Not serviced well - no service staff only and front office staff were not welcoming. TV was not working. No Hot Water. No intercom and no one was around to call and ask for anything. Have to go down to front desk for anything.  Overall not so good experience and not value for money. Not recommended if you have family with children. You can try if you do not have any other option around.

Good Facility Not Serviced Well

I had stayed along with my friends last week. We had hired a cab through Ola from airport. The hotel could easily be tracked and we reached in roughly twenty mins at a cost of Rs.230. As we entered the hotel, the lobby looked grand, sadly A.C. was not working. The receptionist at the desk was very friendly and quickly handed over the keys. Once we entered our promised A.C. rooms it was stuffy and hot! We immediately got down complaining and we were moved to another room. Even the second room did not seem to have enough cooling.

Bed sheet had a hole right at the center
Tray with glasses on the side table were dusty
A.C. looked like second hand purchase (Does not work) 
Room for three, had only one towel
Room service never came on time (Took at least two hours)

Complimentary food was the worst of all. They gave us a ring at around 8.30 am asking us  to place the order for complimentary breakfast as it was room service. The menu they had offered was Poori Bhaji or Bread Toast. We chose Poori Bhaji and kept the call. In two minutes they called back to say that it is over. How on earth is that possible? 

The restaurant of the hotel was relatively better than the other services. I had ordered meals and it was yummy. Evening snacks and tea was also good.

The place is not recognizable in apps like Ola/Uber so we had to take the hotel taxi service which came at a price of Rs.600 for drop to airport.

Pricey for the hotel service

The review is for the restaurant. Very good location, adequate parking space and well maintained garden beckons one. The quality of food was top class. Service was too slow especially on needs during the meal. Prices are at par.

Superb food, Service needs improvement

The hotel is close around 8 to 10 kilometres from the international airport. The hotel is new and very well maintained. Bathrooms are hygienic, food is decent and close to the angamaly railway station as well.
