we were happy to stay here cos place is really peaceful , but i docent like the price , it was super expensive compare to other places we stayed , otherwise i could give you an excellent one

good place but bit expensive

Booked through oyo rooms as we needed a place to stay for a night on the way to Goa. It's located almost 8kms away from Karwar and a very quiet place to stay. They seriously need to rethink about the place because all rooms looked same and no staff to attend us. Only one person showed up and he took some time to check us in. Room was really nice with furnitures and ac was working fine but it had no proper locks. Yes! The room had just one latch from inside and that's it! Bathtub wasn't even cleaned from some time and refrigerator was kept in its initial stage from months. Chef was good but initially we ordered a veg biryani and he burnt all onions so it wasn't a good start. Later he showed his skills so food was satisfactory. It's location is really good just walkable distance from devbagh beach. Staff were very helpful suggesting us places and enquiringly about trip and getting hot fresh food to room. Overall it's mixed experience. Have no problem with rooms but they can do better.

Goibibo refund is hell . I had booked a ticket and suddenly the site stopped and I booked it again . eventually I came to know that ticket was booked twice . I am running behind them from one month they are not giving refund. The air line company has already given the money and I have email from Air line company . Goibibo is holding back the money. Customer service is 3rd class. No one answers .

Fraud company goibibo.
I have been following up with goibibo since October 2020 for the refund against the credit shell. There was a mail confirmation from goibibo that the refund would be processed by 14th dec 2020. I have made millions of calls to the support team but each time the calls goes to the ticketing team and when they transfer the call to the refund team the call is kept on hold for 30 min and then cut directly by them. When asked to transfer the call to the supervisors above they deny by saying we dont have that rights.

In such a period where people have lost job and finding it difficult to manage their living goibibo is playing with the sentiments of the individual. When checked with the executive they said the refund could not be processed as they are awaiting the UTR number and that the refund would be done by 14th Jan 2021 and that I would get a call from the team confirming the same.still haven't get any response from them.

Refund issue from goibibo

I booked a return air ticket for my family from Goibibo with Air Astana, Air Astana flight got cancelled, I talked to Air Astana regarding this they mail me for my full amount (along with my rescheduling + reissuing amount) refund, I has been talking to Goibibo for my full refund but till date they didn’t refunded my full amount, Airline already refunded full amount to Goibibo, now I’m go for a legal action against Goibibo, so friends my opinion and experience is never to book anything from Goibibo

Never book anything with Goibibo they’re Terrible, Cheaters

after paying 3600 INR per night  the quality of the room as well as the service was THE  worst. The bedsheets were torn and red stains on the bedsheets were present and when we asked the room boy to change he was very rude to us and said that "we don't have any extra bedsheets". Even though we had paid for three guest we were asked to pay extra 500 for an extra bed.
Overall horrible management and worst service...
Please don't be fooled by the images they look pretty ... But is not so in real life.

Worst ever

The most horrendous experience ever the pool must ov contained thousands ov diseases it was truly horrible the surroundings were abominable I can't even find words to describe it......we booked for three nights through agoda we were there two minutes before we realised what w terrible mistake we had made we left five minutes later...... Obviously we had paid in advance I wanted a refund though o wanted to leave quicker than they could process one..... Truly truly horrific
