 Invluding breakfast.

They do not have buffet but they hand over you an A4 printed sheet what u can order - sounds gross 

Requested bfast  to be served in room since have a child - THEY DENIED

Requested for masala cheese omelete , they are serving only masal omellete in bfast so called A4 sheet

Charged extra  for the whole masala cheese omellete instead of a bit extra charge for cheese only

( remeber my bfast included with room )

Their staff should learn some courtesy from the  security guard since he was the most corteous person among all of them.

Do not expect good hospitality from staff

Worst hotel & rudest staff ever . We have been staying with them often as our son is in boarding nearby. They gave us a room which was all damp and looked like a run down hotel room. On calling manager who was rude , he says hotel is full and later said pay for upgradation. Taking with customers like ‘yaar’ and all shows utter disrespect and low professionalism! Also told him it’s been 7 years that we stayed here often and this will be our last time , he said that’s your wish ! It is a horrible experience, I would suggest all to opt for ‘Windsor Resorts’ which is far better and way more professional!

Rude staff specially Manager & damp rooms

Room service was pathetic they don’t have attiquate how to handle customers.washrooms were not hygienic even cruddy water was running in all the taps..even after confronting they don’t have any valid explanation or liable solution..

Being cheated ..haven’t got any refund

Fraud.... It was told to us that the hotel is fully booked and they charged 7,000 rsper night from us however, there were hardly 1-2 families.... Rude staff specially the receptionist and the Manager.... Zero service... Extremely disappointed.... When asked why they have charged so high then there was no answer...

Stayayed in this hotel during my Visit to kasauli And I find this place very nice. They have 2 room blocks. I choose their premium room. Room No 305

Huge balcony.

The stay was very nice. Room service is bit slow but the food served was very good.

The weather was very nice at that time and this was the memorable day for me. I enjoyed the morning tea in the Balcony. I will love to stay again in the same room..

Memorable  Stay

This hotel is 10 KM away from the sightseeing places in Kasauli or Kasauli Main Market. Rooms are average. No lift is available in the hotel. AC is only availble for premium rooms as ACs are not required in the Hills Station.  Beautiful terrace for hangout.  Breakfast is complementary (only north India breakfast items). Staffs are good and helpful.  Be careful about the services (like extra water bottle, bed tea) etc as they are heavily chargeable.

Stay at Dippy's Hotel

The hotel is really good and provides an excellent view of the hills provided you have a balcony view room. These ones are limited so you better check before booking. The food is good and so is quantity. The view is amazing and you can ve away from crowd and enjoy the peaceful and tranquility. The garden area requires some intervention as it is not maintained too well.

Zero Cooperation from hotel.
No adjustment .
Had a bad experience . 
Earlier we stayed at dippy's thought will have better experience here but they failed .
Dippy remain the best for us till date .
I suggest if u want cooperating enjoyable and fun stay 
plzz dont visit this property .

WORST EXPERIENCE

Location- Situated between Kasauli Mall Road and the turn you take to reach Kasauli. A perfect getaway. Away from main hustle yet you can reach the points in 20 minutes. 

Check- in - Pretty smooth. Did not make us wait. The staff at the reception was polite. They knew our requirements and arranged everything accordingly. 

Room- The rooms are pretty spacious. The balcony gives you a spot to enjoy a perfect coffee with a lovely view and sunshine. 

Food- Scrumptious food. We had ordered Paneer Lababdar, Dal Tadka, Parantha, Rice for dinner and aloo poori, paranthas for breakfast. Each item was delicious. It had a perfect blend of spices. Neither bland nor too spicy. 

Hospitality- The staff is extremely polite, courteous. They are ready to meet your requirements with a smile on their face. Special thanks to Dinesh who made wonderful coffee for us. Unfortunately we couldn't get the name of the person who was at the reception. He was amiable and made our stay quite comfortable. 

For the price that they give, the services given were great. The ambience created with plants all around is very thoughtful. It adds charm to the place. A place to recommend for family and friends. They have got us as customers for life. 


A place with 5 star facilities. 

We had stayed in this property on 4th July 2019. We had book for Premium Room. The stay in this property was very good. The rooms were neat and tidy and the view from the balcony was good too. The staffs were friendly and courteous. The food we ordered for dinner and the breakfast next morning were both tasty and my son had enjoyed both the meals. Value for money and highly recommended..!!
