I stayed in hotel Raghunath Jammu on 18th April 2023. Everything very good. They provided us warm water immediately as I required. As well as they provided us comfortable vehicle with a gentle driver  for sight seeing . 

Prompt response of Manager and staff are really appreciative. Lunch dinner and breakfast are unobjectionable.

Food Quality not good ,
House keeping Staff Behaviour with customers not good then directly asking for money
Some other payments were pending due to which they were not allowing us to check out. 
While check in they would told us that your payment pending but they not inform to us and last moment when we have catch the train then are telling us about the payment pending but which we had already paid in advance.
This type of service not acceptable. 
There is not proper dinning hall for breakfast /lunch/ dinner.
There is place to sit next to room for breakfast /lunch/ dinner due to which there is lots of noise pollution no relaxation.
Hotel is bit far away from highway we need to walk 5 mins to 10 mins walking to be done for reaching hotel.
Better to check other hotels near to main road not visit this hotel.

Hotel hotel with helpful staff . Rooms were spciou and located in min market. I would suggest others too. We sty in this hotel for 5 yrs every year. Mr. Ankit is helpful too. Food served ws great nd tasty

Family hotel

I don't know how they manage good reviews. The hotel is in any yardstick just bad.  Either location or rooms. I booked deluxe room but  any standard it was very small stinking dirty room with   the small bathroom. The room is without window  . The hotel didn't have lift with a very risky stairs. Totally avoidable. Somehow I managed to stay for night being alone.

Don't stay

Rooms were good as compared to the prices that you pay ! You can't expect 3 star services/atmosphere when you pay for budget !!!
Their owners ( Mr Ankit) including their Manager Mr Bhushan are very very nice guys ! They won't stop anywhere to help you , overall a nice experience !

Nice People

It was pleasant staying in Hotel Raghunath jammu. Ssvideo and service is great. Hotel in main market just opppsite Raghunath temple. Shopping area near by. Clean rooms with great washroom fittings and delicious food.

Well furnished hotel in main city

I stayed in Hotel Raghunath for a week and it was a comfortable stay . Rooms are neat clean and hygenic. Washrooms are so clean and new. Only entrance is some what conjusted but it's only 50mts distance so it hardly matters. But I assure you the stay was best and in budget.

Best hotel in main market

Very Good Hotel with neat and clean rooms with having good staff and young and cooperative .Very good food and electric blankets provided without any charges. Bath rooms are very good and clean . Very much approachable to the main city and famous Sri Raghunath Temple.

Hotel Stay

I stated for a night at the hotel. it is renovated recently. rooms are nice with all basic amenities. Bathrooms are very congested, may be due to old hotel in the busy area. But all the fitting are new and fine. Food quality is average. Hospitality is not upto mark and needs improvement. It is situated in the heart of the market area.Average budget hotel.

visit to Jammu

I had booked OYO 36703 Hotel Raghunath via booking ID MVQZ8691. I had a lot of issues with this booking which as follows this despite an OYO executive calling me on 20th June 2019 confirming my booking:
•	I had booked a suite (4 bed) room for 3 persons but when I went to the hotel they offered a normal room with 2 bed. When I raised an objection and insisted to speak with the OYO Manager the hotel owner Mr Gupta told me to cancel the booking and get out of his hotel or accept that room which they were offering. I had already paid the full amount for this booking and since my phone is prepaid it wasn’t working in J&K.
•	Since I was with my family and my prepaid phone was not working. I had to accept that room else where would I go in an unknown city with my phone not working after making a full payment for my hotel booking. They offered me room no 224 (can share you that picture) however while entering in the system they entered our room as 302 which must be a suit.
•	They had promised me an extra mattress for the 3 rd person but were not provided any extra mattress and we 3 adult had to adjust on the just 2 bed.
•	 When we enquired with them what all items were available for breakfast they told us a list of items that were available and told us to pay but when I insisted that the breakfast was complimentary the hotel provided us with just 1 bread butter per head. 
•	The hotel staff checked us out at 6.50 am on 21st Jun 2019; however we had checked out of the hotel at 8.30 am you can check the CC TV footage of that hotel for the timing we left that hotel and the so called breakfast was provided at 8.00 (only bread butter)  saying it was early morning. The early checkout was done by the hotel so that if I complain which I am doing now they can defend themselves.
•	The room that was offered to me was available on OYO at almost 50% of the cost that I have paid when I booked this Suite room.
•	I was not provided a GST invoice for this booking as well.
•	I don’t know if its OYO’s fault or Hotel Raghunath (Mr Gupta’s) fault but definitely I am the looser in this case.
