Budget Friendly Hotel , we made our booking online through mmt , we checked in Early Morning they allowed Early Check in any extra charges , they arrange cab for Banganga & Pick Up also here ,  we ordered also food here , food is also tasty & Yummy .

Best Experience with hotel Grand Sharan 

A boutique Hotel with elegant , clean and  spacious rooms. The staff as usual was courteous especially Mr Maqbool and Mr Sonu who always are there to take that  extra initiative to make your trip pleasurable and memorable one .

Nice Hotel 

On our tour to Vaishno devi and Shiv khori, we stayed for two days in  Hotel Grand Sharan, Katra. The property is neat and clean. Rooms are specious. They arranged a car to drop at Darshan Devdi, enterance of yatra. All staff members are very co opeative.  Sheetal mam is very helpful. Restaurant is also good. Mr Rinku Sharma and his team members provided teasty food. Definitely will love to stay again in Hotel Grand Sharan.

Memorable stay at Hotel Grand Sharan

We had been for a temple visit vaishnodevi temple we had booked rooms here 40 pax thr rooms and service was good neat and clean each staf was so helpful and good at service with smile 

Food department PPL we really good n taste and knowing the stay people taste thy prepared us what we wanted and provided us in clean n neat tasty way 

I recommend this place became thy are standard in service and maintenance 

It was a really gud service 

Nice property. What makes it worth is the efficient, soft spoken and super courteous staff led by Ms. Sheetal. She gives good advice regarding visits to nearby places. They also arrange taxis with very courteous drivers who drive very beautifully without any kind of inconvenience to the passengers.

The food is also very good. We wish the Hotel and its Staff all the Success !!

Me and My Wife were very Much Disturbed with News Received the previous night at 11 00 Pm that the Helicopters were cancelled due to bad weather conditions. Also that no food would be served on indigo flight from Bangalore to jammu with one stop at indore for 25 mins. Flight Timings-Departure at Bangalore was at 6 :30 am and landing jammu at 2 00 pm . The Moment we reached the hotel sheetal sister welcomed us on hearing that we were very hungry she first sent us to the dining room to have lunch .After Having Lunch , she asked us to go to the Room and take some rest and return to talk to her on the visit to the temple . she explained and helped us to complete all formalities and also guided us very nicely on the journey to the Mataji Darshan .Sheetal sister and the Dining Hall Managers Both of them cooled our disturbed mind and helped us to ensure we enjoy our journey , we left the same evening towards the journey for Mata vaishnodevi darshan . Believe we had a wonderful and completely satisfied darshan of Mataji in the Midnight 00 15 hrs. we Never had such good Darshan even at Triputati temple, Next Day Morning after Breakfast she Guided us to visit shiv kodi temple . There also we had great and satisfied darshan of the Gods , In My and My wife"s view as a tourist to your hotel sheetal sister is a GEM of a personand she is a very cool and soft spoken Person . we Liked her treatment from the begiginning till we left the Hotel on June 12th to the Airport , 

She Deserves our Highest appreciations. The Management of the hotel are very Lucky to have such wonderful staff at the reception . GOD BLess her and the Hotel Management Team

Sheetal sister is a GEM of a person and really she is a very cool

Second time I’ve stayed here. It’s a good property with good service. 

Abhishek was extremely helpful, even before I reached. Was in touch with my via whatsapp, addressing all my concerns. 

They provide a free pick up and drop to the entrance of Vaishnodevi at Katra. I’ve called for a pick up at 3 am after completing my Darshan, and they’ve sent a car. 

This time I even requested for ice and a towel , after check out, to ice my stressed knee and there were no complaints from them at all. 

I’d recommend.
