Very nice hotel with excellent services and location is very good everything is very near from hotel lotus India and hotel provides arrival and departure transfer facilities also on guest request .all over I am very much satisfied.

Personal visit

Very nice hotel neat and clean .o like very much hotel location it is very near from western group of temples and staff are polite and helpful hotel has parking area also which is very rare in Khajuraho budget hotel . overall excellent

Visit

It's a new clean hotel.  If your not a luxurious person but want a good clean stay this is a good option.  We were 7adults + 1 kid not we had no problem getting milk for the kid or alcohol for us.  The staff was very helpful.  They don't have kitchen of their own so tea n snacks takes some time.  But a restaurant is just next to it.  So food is not an issue. 
Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Value For Money

I happen to travel and stay in this hotel twice. The recent being on 15th Jan,2023. I would rate this hotel as below average. There is no safety here. The main door has very ordinary lock. It can be used from outside and inside to open the door. It is not safe for anybody. It has no privacy. The furniture ands other things are very old. The food provided by them is very ordinary and tasteless. On the top of that they  charge too much .
Please avoid staying here.

We booked this hotel just for a day to have our backpacks locked up when visiting the temples. We arrived in the morning and left in the evening by train. I'm so glad we didn't have to stay here overnight, since the room was horrible. We are used to booking basic rooms and thus our expectations are not too high. The room was dirty, layers of dust everywhere, black hairs on the bed, stains in the sheets and pillowcases that would definitely dissapear after a normal wash. Also the bathroom smelled like urine, so that smelled also got to the room. We were looking forward to a shower, but there was literally no water. They fixed it one time and a few small streams came out and it was finished again. Also since there was no water the toilet wasn't working (well imagine not being able to go to the toilet when you are in India and feeling sick). The service was terrible. They were so 'kind' to give us to buckets of water. At the checkout I stated that I wasn't feeling like paying the whole amount since we didn't have the comfort of a normal room like we booked. First they didn't want to buldge, but after a while they agreed to 2/3 of the price. On top of all that, I received a mail from booking that the owner claimed we didn't show up, which would result in paying the full price of the stay via credit card. I am still awaiting the process of booking. I want to warn you not to go here since there is no service at all, the owner isn't honest and the rooms are simple disgusting.
