Extraordinary hotel to stay. Foods are simply superb. Rooms are very clean and neat and bathrooms are also too good. It was a nice experience we stayed there for five days. This hotel is nearby to coaker's walk and bryant par.

An Extraordinary Stay

Rooms are neat and clean room. Good staffs immediate response. Roof Top Restaurant and Super View and good food. Neat and clean room. Parking facility available. Near to some visit places are available for morning walk.

Nice Place

Stayed at this place for 4 nights. Overall a nice place at a good location with good sleep quality, complemented by good service.

Location: located within 50mts of Coaker's Walk or Bryant's Park entry. Although easy to find on map, a little tricky one to find the downhill road. One can get a nich sunrise view from the rooftop restaurant / sitting area while warming up on the first rays of theday wit ha nice view of the hills with coulds-play.

Reception: Well greated, has some comfortable seating arrangements. Entire check-in process was smooth.

Rooms: Got a ground floor room with a double bed, one big wardrobe, a TV with cable channels, some storage rack, a mirror with dressing table, a centre table and couple of bed-side tables. Bed was comfortable, linen and towels were clean. Overall sleep quality was good. Room featured a rear-side big window which unfortunately was the only source of air-circulation. Being a ground floor room, could not keep it open for long. Also being located in a hill station, the room did not have any fan or AC. So cross-ventillation was a minor issue although it did not affect much. Room cleaning and linen change were done upon request.

Bathroom: Room had a nice clean bathroom with all amenities. Hot water is only available from morning 7 to 11am.

Service and food: Service was very good, always ready to respond. Even they ask you for breakfast, lunch or dinner to make sure you don't forget to order by the required time. Hot freshly cook food with reasonable price is served either at room or at the roof top sitting area. In the morning it is a great experience to soak some morning rays while enjoying the great hill view while savoring on some great hot homely food.

One can go to the city centre on a 5min walk from this place. Overall I would recommend this place for a nice comfortable stay within a very competitive price.

Good location, Great value for money, comfortable sleep, homely food

Richwin hotel is true value for money hotel at Kodaikanal. We 3 friends stayed there for three nights at 2800 rupees only. The hotel location is very good. It's at center of Kodaikanal town as well as little far from hustle bustle. It's on the way to club Mahindra hotel. The room is small but good. Bathroom was clean. There was a TV with cable connection. No fan and no AC. For 3rd person mattress and blanket was provided. There was one double bed. Check in and check out times are fixed. Staff were polite and steady. No sight seen from window or balcony. Overall it's good hotel for people who are planning to spend whole day outside the room visiting various locations at Kodaikanal. In the evening just come to room and sleep. Hot water facility from morning 6 to 12. Overall value for money hotel. 

Value for money hotel

I stayed here for a day. Rooms are good, clean well, and spacious. AC and TV is working fine and altogether rooms are good. Talking about there services it is quite poor. Staff is not responding to calls.

Poor services

Is near coakerswalk rooms were clean and tidy. Hot water is available only in morning polite staffs good view from balcony. Room cleaning should be done regularly book bus and you can walk from bus stand to hotel. Overall a decent stay will recommend this hotel to all 

Best hotel for budget people

The location of the hotel is good as its very near to coakers walk and bus stand. We were given a room in the ground floor. Was disappointed as there was no balcony and even the window had a view of other hotel's wall. Room and cleanliness is ok. Nothing great. Staff are polite.The restaurant is at the top floor and need to tell them what we would like to have in advance.The food was good but bit overpriced.The view from the restaurant is too good.Its a budget place though it's not terrible not a great place as well.
