Room door handle were broken, bathroom door handle were broker, no drinking water, no soap or any of the toiletries, care take of the guest house was very annoying. When we asked to clean our room he said I need to clean owners at right now and went away. It took us 2 days to get the free wifi password which was also not of use as connectivity was very poor. If I could give negative rating would have given that as well. 

Worst place to be at in Kolkata

Hotel in good place and food was very good. But very costly as per the hotel class. Also I have asked the hotel staff to provide GST invoice for which they have decline, which was surprise for me. Now a days every hotel provides GST invoice even if booked from MMT. For business purpose I will not suggest this as they will not provide GST invoice.

No GST provided for the stay

We stayed as a family of four in two rooms We stayed for almost three weeks and our children for 9 days. The rooms were not clean with ashtray and cigarette butts kept in a bedside drawer. Although breakfast was complimentary we decided on eating only once  as we were dubious about lack of cleanliness everywhere.
None of us got wifi internet connection although the guest house says its available.Every channel on TV was not available to see as they had not paid subscription fees. Within our short stay the first and only staff left under some pretext then a second person arrived and left shortly afterwards then a third person arrived. These people were required to do everything and I mean everything, from providing room service to cooking to opening and closing the front door.Frequently we had to wait until someone would come to open the main door which remained  locked. Lighting in the bathroom was inadequate.There were cobwebs and piles of dust and blanket had cigarette holes in them..
The place was booked on our behalf by a relation who of course had no idea about this place.I would not be surprised if this place shuts down soon.For all this the tariff was way over priced.
I think the owners should seriously look at making vast improvements in every department.

Regretful stay

This is a  fantastic place to stay  with all the facilites like 24 hours  running hot water. The front desk  persons are  very much  helpful in  giving  you a  best  stay at Kolkata. They  would  attend  to all your  needs as far  as  possible and  always  welcome you.
