I had booked all the apartments for few days for my family and friends (mostly from overseas) during my son's wedding reception in Calicut during Jan '16. I was very impressed with the quality of the facilities and the service provided by the employees in keeping the guests happy. I was quite proud about hosting my friends from overseas in this quality residence till the last day when I approached the Owner to convey may thanks and happiness. Before I could even open my mouth, the owner was very rude in expressing his anger that one of the door handle was broken by my "people" - all matured over middle age/retired group. (Later I found that the broken door handle is a weak cast-aluminium past it's life.) The owner asked his assistant to charge me a paltry sum of Rs. 1000 extra, which I happily agreed and paid (by this time I had already paid around Rs. 152,000 / as our total bill!!) - I was little bit amused rather than irritated with the owner's "goodwill gesture".

I think the owner lacks professionalism and experience. We all had a great opinion about the property, but lost our goodwill due to such silly management decisions.

Excellent Property - A very poor Management

I visited Nath Condominium twice, Courteous and welcoming staff. Details of the facilities were well explained. Homely atmosphere, good housekeeping on daily basis, Good and conveniently located for my business needs.

Memorable Stay @ Nath Condominium

I had some job at Cyber Park in Calicut and I was inquiring for a good accommodation near the cyber Park  with a friend.  After hearing my budget he said why not you stay in Nath Condominium? whats that? a Hotel ? what all facilities they give ? He asked me to go through their website and I find it is a luxury hotel of a different kind. The price was not too much as my Company could afford that much.  I stayed in Nath condominium for a day. It was indeed a happy stay. I reached fast as it was very near to the highway from Airport. Welcome was fine. Although I had slight communication issue with the security at the gate. But soon an Administrator came and cordially welcomed me in. The place had independent apartments and  I stayed in Double-bedded Single room (Gold). With a 5 star hotel luxury the price is not that much. Furniture, house keeping superb. Food too was very good and price is included. (Rs. 8000/-) They have lot of other facilities like tour guide, tour packages as mine was a short stay I could not avail them. The place is centrally located and not far from Rly station and bus stands. I found the place very quite and the atmosphere was homely. If you can afford it is one of the best facility in Calicut.

A chance place .. but an excellent experience !

First of all,I would mention the most fascinating feature, the 360 degree virtual tour in the website which really helped to have a look at where I am staying - And I actually got to stay in what I saw.
 The hospitality and food was good, got an in-house kitchen and they will get you any kind of food from various famous restaurants in Calicut .Peaceful place,  you are least disturbed, Apt for people who are on a Business tour. I would recommend my friends there.
