Good hotel located at railway station walking distance. Lots of restaurants near by, service is good . Rooms are clean and tidy, have all required amenities. Bathroom is clean and hygienic, the best part of this hotel. 

Cleanest hotel

Walking distance from railway station, clean and hygienic rooms, excellent service, good for business and family trips. Front staff is very cooperative. Only hotel where staff was awaken at night. Safe for family. Owner is also very supportive.

Best budget Hotel

Very bad experience, no any person at desk. No back up if electricity goes and you had to search reception person but you will find nothing.

Hotel review

Stayed with friends on 18th Jan 2020 and booked two rooms through web portal. Check in was ok. Hotel doesn't have any secured parking facility. Rooms are bit small and need some maintenance. Since the property is on the main road, Guests occupying rooms facing the road side have to compromise their sleep. Continuous vehicle horn sound even at late midnight.
Plenty of eateries available adjacent to the property and this is suitable for only Business people on short stay and not recommended those who would like to relax with family.

Best hotel in Kota at affordable rate. Amenities and facilities were awesome. The reception staff were very cooperative and guided us for nearby places of interest. Located in good place with all facilities nearby.

Located just near the Station(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owner is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staff was very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities of a good room.
Overall experience was nice. The hotel has advantages like availability of restaurants, shopping, public transport, station etc. within close vicinity.

Decent Option to Stay in Budget

We two ladies and three gentlemen as a team on official work tour visited kota during January 2019. Being a festival season, all hotels were full. We stayed at this hotel for a day. The hotel is near railway station and in a square where there is continuous traffice for 18-20 hours a day. Rooms are smaller but ok for one day stay. Executive room is little bigger. All rooms on top floor were given to us and rooms were quite clean. breakfast was not included in tariff. so we ordered it. The food was ok but not so tastee. But not many options are available nearby. The only annoying thing was noise. I tried for half an hour to sleep but could not. So I changed my executive room to a smaller room. It was very small and did not have access to outer world from any side. But I could have a calm sleep. Nothing much to say about hotel. Road in front of it is very dirty.  It was a basic hotel not having any restaurant.

The Nama reception guy is spoiling brand image of the Hotel. There is no Toilet roll in bathrooms. Customer service is not up-to mark by staff. The reception staff in night duty does not cater to the service or request of customer and does argument and rude in behavior.

Relatively small hotel, situated in close proximity of Kota railway station and side of a busy main road / market place, hence could be bit noisy.  However, the hotel has locational advantages like availability of restaurants, shopping, public transport, station etc. within close vicinity. I booked a standard room directly with the hotel on 24 hours check-out basis, which is a welcome relief. The room allotted was in 1st floor, which was tiny but well maintained and had a view of main street / market. The room had bed, spilt AC, TV, chair & table. The washroom was neat & clean too and provided with clean towel & liquid soap. They provide food on order basis at an economical rate. The staffs were courteous and responsive. Overall a good option to stay at Kota in budget, certainly value for money.
