It's actually a OYO hotel ,, spacious but little old hotel ,it's a budget hotel lacking little in hygiene , rooms are big but old ..some rooms have sea facing balcony ,AC sometime  works and sometime not .but it's near Kovalam beach..which is it's advantage.overall it's budget hotel,,staffs are good but manager is not much good as he manages 2or3 property at same time ,, complimentery breakfast are locally purchased...and delivered to your room ,,our room was agent booked so not sure about room price .

Ok ok hotel

Stayed in multiple places through Booking.com over the last 2 months in India and this is by far the worst. Firstly, the advertised free wifi is non-existent, after asking on arrival we were informed there was no wifi whatsoever. As backpackers we require wifi to plan our trip, and if we'd had known there was no wifi we wouldn't of booked this hotel. Another lie listed on booking.com was that breakfast was available and was included in the price, we again were told that this was not available, exstremely dissapointing and we felt robbed in all honesty. To continue, despite the 'card payments accepted' that is even advertised in the reception, there is no option to pay on card- causing further inconvenience. 
Then we got to our room. The room is not only extremely basic, but also filthiest room I have ever stayed in, and in India that's saying something. Upon first glance we noticed that the plug socket at the side of the bed was completely black with scorch marks. For our safety we decided not to use this socket and opted for the only other available in the room but when this one was in use it caused the lights to flicker and flash. This made us feel equally unsafe in using this plug which was less than ideal. There was dust and dirt everywhere and also serious grime and limescale buildup on the showerhead which made us feel more unclean when we got out of the shower than when we got in. The toilet and sink area were equally as filthy. The toilet seat was marked, wonky, and constantly leaked- which made the bathroom floor slippy and very unsafe! The sink also didnt work at all which gave us nowhere to wash our hands unless we were forced to unconveniently use the shower. To add to the distress in one of the two rooms we had booked, we found not one but four millipedes crawling around which confirmed our suspicions that the rooms had definetly not been cleaned- disgusting and inexcusable. 
Furthermore, the window of the bathroom is broken at the hinges, allowing mosquitoes right into the room, meaning we woke up covered in insect bites. 
This hotel is not fit for human habitation and you should avoid at all costs.

Basic rooms & facilities, but great customer service and massive balconies with good views. Close to the beach with lots of options for shopping and restaurants. Rooms were a bit musty and air con would of been a definite advantage but, can’t complain for the price, clean & comfortable. 

Cheap & cheerful

Pros : Next to Light House, Parking available. Nice Tea but you have to order many times.
Cons : Rooms are dirty, Service Quality is Poor. They didn't even provide a Dustbin. No bedsheets.
Won't recommend to others.

This was a value for money room

Its situated just near the beach with full view of sea shore from the terrace.  Location is the only advantage, else this i more of a lodge rather than a hotel.  Very old construction and furniture.  Rooms are not at all maintained.  They dont have a proper restaurant  so very difficult to stay with kids

I would like to rate this hotel good but i am marking average to let hotel improve/upgrade the facilities or hospitality to next level. Hotel is proximal close to beach and beach view room's were soothing n relaxing. I enjoyed my stay here pretty decent. Staff were really friendly and you could expect good response but not everything you may get. Food is OK! Rest room is also again OK! Should focus more on hygiene factors n focus on taking hotel to higher level. I wish them all the best n thanks for the hospitality!
