Very nice hotel. Rooms were neat. Bathroom was spacious. 
Best part is pool was very clean. Staff was very clean. Reception lady was courteous. 
Only 1 suggestion, As many of guest checks in afternoon they should Tea in Menu.

I was with my friend in silver crest for 1 night.
Very specious room.food quality too good.
Main market is hardly 10 min walking distance.spa also very nearby. Art show is just opposite to resort.

Very good resort

Stayed one night and have to say that it was the best hotel we stayed in in three weeks of travelling through India.

Rooms were spacious with windows to the garden area to secure a good sleep without too much noise. Beds are comfy, aircon and fan in the room so you can choose. Flat screen, tea and water are provided. The bathroom has all essential you need and a actually really working fan. 
Everything was clean and well maintained. 

Swimming pool was good to relax after long travels and very clean. 
Restaurant offered a good variety of food and even buffet for breakfast,  lunch and dinner.  Staff there was really attentive and had good English skills to explain the menue if there were questions. 

Over all the service was great. We could check in easily and fast even though we've been a little bit too early. They told us exactly and honestly that they gonna need 5 more minutes so we know what to expect. They've been even keeping the breakfast bufget open for us a bit longer as we arrived late from our trekking tour.

The hotel itself is I'm walking distance to the dance and martial arts show, watched both but the dancing was not really our cup of tea. And its close to the national park entrance so really good situated. 

Service was the best you can expect

Lovely resort in thekkady...nice clean rooms..good room service..nice breakfast buffet.and the look of the hotel gives homely vibes... Had a nice stay.. well kept pool.. stayed there for 2 nights with family and we loved it.. location is also gud as it is in the market but not crowded around...close to the location for periyar lake forest ferry bus service..

excellent food n good ambiance.very co operative and polite staff.Arrangement of campfire was excellent.room services from the restourent was great.Obedient and well behaved support staff.very nice and safe environment.

The hotel location is very good. The staff services are excellent. There is requirement of better restaurant and food services in hotel. Other than that everything is good. It is situated on the road near market.

Good Hotel

It is relatively an old property, but is kept in good condition assuring guests comfortable stay. I stayed here for two days with my family in January, we were quite satisfied with our stay. Entire staff is very courteous and helping. Service is prompt.Very conveniently located with in walking distance from Thekkady town and all tourist attractions. Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary entrance ticket counter and bus station to the Sanctuary are close by. There are many veg and non-veg restaurants nearby for trying variety dining. Kathakali and Kalari shows are available close by.Room and Bathroom are very spacious and clean. Bed linen and bathroom towels look old but are clean. Bathroom tiles are slippery, take care not to slip in bath room. Though the rooms are equipped with Split AC, rooms are rented out as Non-AC.Probably, in summer they might be renting it as AC rooms. Swimming pool is maintained well. 
Buffet Breakfast is excellent. Sufficient choice and tasty dishes. Only thing I found needing improvement is Sofa upholstery. They are old and tells the age of the property. They need replacements. Overall a good family hotel to stay in Thekkady.

Old property, but maintained very well

Easy and efficient check in, and the room was a good simple and was clean.  Managed to get a swim in the reasonably sized and clean swimming pool before it was invaded by other guests and their children.

The hotel is conveniently located for the main shopping area, which is a short walk away.

We ate in the restaurant in the evening and for breakfast, and the food was good.

The wifi was good and stable for most of the time, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only down side was that the area outside the bedrooms echoed when other guests allowed their doors to slam , or were talking and making noises through the night.  This caused some disturbance to sleep, but it depends on the consideration of the other guests staying at the same time.

Hotel is in the central Area of Thekkady . Elephant safari, Marshal art, Kathakali Dance Shows are available near by Hotel.Food  is Good & Testy.Staff is cooperative
Swimming Pool is very Clean.Only thing is that for Drivers Hotel has to made at list staying arrangement
