Lachung

Yarlum resort is a very well maintained nice and cozy place to stay in Lachung. The food is very nice in taste and gives a feel of home cooked food. The resort has maintained its history and heritage which you will be able to see throughout the pictures in the resort. The best part was the library with good collection of books and vintage movie collection.

Excellent and cozy stay 

The hotel service's are really nice. The ataff members are very polite and welcoming. Great location and food. The rooms are warm and cosy. Great outdoor sitting area. I strongly recommend to saty at this hotel when you come to visit lachung.

Excellent hospitality , good rooms, good food and good location. Room maintenance is very good and service is good. Only problem there are no cupboards with hangers for dresses. The outside view from balcony is memorable. It got a library inside for book lovers. All staffs are very helpful. Ms Doenka Bhutia madam was very helpful and she is an asset to the property. Spa and bar adds value to the property.

Excellent and memorable stay

Very well maintained and the staff is extremely hospitable. We stayed there for 2 nights. Very comfortable stay. The library has a very good collection where you can spend some time.

The staff is extremely hospitable. Especially Jeevan and Babita took very good care. They went out of their way to help us with the kids food 

Most comfortable and hospitable stay in Lachung

My 2 night stay at Yarlam Resort was made very comfortable with the excellent hospitality of the staff who made the extra effort to ensure my dietary requests for non spicy food was met superbly on both nights at dinner. Great thank you to the lady Chef, Jeevan Thapa, Bobita and the Front desk staff at the Yarlam (whose names I did not get), and Lode (Manager). My room was comfortably warm and the staff ensured that I would get 2 bottles of very warm drinking water each night to keep me warm. The staff were all very cheerful and I felt they were genuinely concerned for me as a solo female traveller.
The room was very clean and all amenities in the room were useful for my stay.

Warm hospitality, exceptional service

Service is excellent. Cordial staffs. The extreme weather can be enjoyed in full since they will serve you with warm water, Beds have electric mattress & room heaters. Toilets are well done for a shower even in cold weather. All inclusive deal, though looked expensive at the time of advance payment turned out to be actually good since food options were decent in all the meal hours.

Worth the money

We had an  amazing experience at the Yarlam. The staff over there is so sweet and welcoming and always keeps smiling . The food was so much better than the other 5 star hotels ! Would highly recommend this place if visiting lachung. Kudos to the staff and hospitality!

Yarlam review

This is normal hotel but location is best. Beautiful valley view and next to army camp. So security and nature both are there in place like Lachung. Hotel & restaurant staff is very good. Not grand menu but taste and service are outstanding. Babita & Chunu in restaurant are very good & caring. Chef also provided the food of our choice.

Hotel staff is very good

Rooms can be small compared to other places you travel in Sikkim. However at this place the expected stay is one night or at the most 2 nights. You need rooms for a good rest after a tiring journey to reach here or the day trip to the zero-point/snow experience & that is what this property offers. Very homely & friendly people in this property. Food variety is average but is good & they will customize to your taste & dietary needs with prior intimation & sufficient time given.
