It is a nice and comfortable stay with spacious and well maintained rooms. The food served in the restaurant is also great, although it is costly. The location is great and public transportation is readily available from the hotel. The main places of tourist interest are also not very far.

A Nice and Comfortable Stay

Great people always makes a difference with any company and same I have seen in this place also. This is not very luxury place and has limited facilities for travellers but what makes you remember....Staff at Restaurant and their behavior, which is at par and seems to be extremely trained and attentive for every single request from customer.Had absolutely comfortable stay at Silvete Lucknow during our recent visit. Bathroom shower was so nice and really liked that as I give more focus on room amenities during our stay. In Room Dining food was delicious, having huge varieties in the menu. Highly recommended hotel. Kudos to team Silvete.

Marvelous place

Nicely managed the property, good hotel in mid segment, centrally located also. I was there to have a party at rooftop, everything was good, but there is too scope for betterment in food section, service is little slow, i can understand that due to corona period staffing might be reduced. Chilly paneer was so tasty.
I would recomend to Mr. Prateek he was specifically taken care of us.

Please do some arrangements for parking also.

On hight/Bar 

Sales Manager Kamlesh Tiwari is very pathetic manager working in Silvete Hotel. I recommend do not GO TO Silvete hotel for any kind of room booking or function. He is not stick to his words and he misusing hotel policies to disrespect customers. He always give priority his relatives for any kind of booking.

room are good but for couples i think  bed should be joining or maharaja bed.
Breakfast are really very awsome.  Tea was very good like as home. room service is very fast. all employees's behave are very good.

Me n my friend visited this place in February 6, I tried drums of haven, it was much delicious, I called to chef and appreciate. I must visit again, Mr. Harendra was there to take care of us with there humbelness.  

Good place to spend quality time

A newly constructed hotel, good location, good food, helpful staff.... the only thing lacking is the internet connection - very slow. Needs to be looked into by the management. One thing I noticed was that during my 2 day stay, the house keeping section added the toiletries on the second day despite the same being kept there. They should be guided by seniors to avoid and save on costs.

What works - The place is located in the Rana Pratap area near many government offices.. the place is around 45 minutes from the airport.. the rooms and toliets were clean and all was functional.. the staff were generally helpful and well trained.. they have parking i  the hotel...

What does not work - the food - room service and break fast was generally not that great.. they could do much better in this matter.. they said they had a wifi but I did not get to access any..

Try our other hotels nearby like Arif Castle  for options..

I visited this hotel last night, stayed with my colleague. Staff is polite and Cleanliness is appreciable. Food is also good. Overall satisfied. Waiting time for food and room service is also very less.

Good Place, Cleanliness is excellent

Visited here for enjoying Awadhi Food Festival which is a buffet fest serving amazing dishes. All things are so tasty and delicious with proper service.
The Rooftop seating area is so beautiful. 
Will visit them again.
