1. Checked into an apartment room. AC was not working. Waited for 90 minutes.
2. After endless wait, shifted us to regular non-apartment room. 
3. No toiletries,clothes hangers, tea/coffee sachets,flooring broken, no phones to call up reception! Either walk down or use your mobile.

The property has good view and compact but nice rooms with a running balcony which is nice but could be a nuisance when you have to share with other occupants. Service is pathetic and so is the maintenance. We booked 2 rooms online and when we arrived at the property were asked to pay 1000 extra for AC rooms- fair enough we paid up - only to realize that the ACs in both rooms weren't working. We requested them to rectify it or shift us to other rooms and we left to go out. To our horror when we came back tired and wanting to just rest for an hour before we go out again we found that they had nothing about it (though at the reception we were assured that everything has been taken care of). After umpteen calls to the reception nobody came to solve the issue nor did they give us other rooms. Just requests happened for over an hour and finally only when we put our foot down they gave us just one room...all 4 of us sat there for another 45 minutes when they gave us another room on a different floor...so the family couldn't even stay together. Even the cleanliness was bad as the rooms had dust and patches- not expected out of a housekeeping staff of a decent hotel. When we lugged our bags here and there in different rooms thinking now we relax we noticed that there is no tea/ coffee, no soap/ shampoo... Intercom doesn't work...so another long wait before one can shower or have tea... phew. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Don't recommend this place at all.

Pathetic service and maintenance

Satkar paradise is worst hotel. I stayed two days, room not cleaned, tv was not working. No food was available. Worst service, never stay. Hotel do not have adequate stuff. Life was malfunctioning.
Worst service. Please don't stay there. Staff doesn't listen to anything.

Worst service

We booked in advance for a group of 11 - 3 rooms for two nights. Hotel and the service was so bad that we had a heated argument with the management and cancelled on night stay. MakeMyTrip service was great in cancelling the stay and we received refund. I would say avoid this place for very obvious reasons like no working telephone in room to contact help desk, AC doesn't work properly, rooms smell bad and when AC is on the smell is worse, no food options. We didn't have the patience to continue and left the next morning.

Worst place to stay

There was no telephone in room. Need to downstairs for follow up order. No room service.  Breakfast was served in room which was cold. Italy was servers without Sambhar. Coffee was cold. and in bad condition

One of the most beautiful service apartments I've ever seen. Rooms are so luxurious and so huge. Very fancy to live in this apartment. This is definitely one of the best apartments in Manipal I've ever seen

This service Apartment is not ideal for family. It best suited for students and friends. There is no room service. They don't clean the room properly. While going out if you mention clean the room; They change the Blanket with used and replace some other room Blanket. When you come to room in evening and notice and call the reception, the person who receive call give lame reason that morning shift staff already left he does not know what happened. Breakfast- don't be fooled if they say provide Breakfast. Human being cannot eat it. Also small quantity. For this service there room charges are super expensive.So i advice you not opt to this apartment if you are with family or couples.

Bad Service Apartment

The rooms are spacious with kitchenette. The only problem is the poor isolation. We live with the neighbors. However, the more than friendly reception catches up with the rest. Lunch on demand. As in all parts of India, the service is more than welcoming, with the locals being very sensitive to the image they give of themselves.
