We actually travelled from delhi on 19 Nov morning and was not sure if we will make it to Manali directly or not. So didn’t book the hotel for 19 Nov and thought to book on real time. Though we had booking in snow valley resort from 20 Nov onwards

So We booked 1 bedroom villa in this hotel on 19 November 2022 around 7:30 pm when we were about yo reach Manali and it was me, my husband and my two kids. So didn’t want to roam around in chilling night with kids.
So now what happened: as per Agoda we had to pay at hotel (1.2k Rs) and we will get 200 rs as cash back after 60 days. 
When we reached there he said there is no bedroom villa and gave us very basic room instead of that and says you cancel the booking from Agoda I will give you the room in 1k. However I really wanted to tell Agoda regarding this hotel and room that they are charging so didn’t cancel.
Then now after 10 days of staying there, hotel has cancelled our booking on Agoda saying ‘no show from customer’, isn’t it double cheating.
First they didn’t give us the booked room then cancelled out booking so that they didn’t have to give us the cash back .
So please beware of this cheated hotel.
ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY BUT ABOUT THE TRUST!!

They are cheater

This hotel provided us an excellent customer service and the best near the Hidimba Temple with evergreesn deodar tress touching the sky. But it somebfar away from the mall road. Room was pretty well. Food was super.

Good location

The hotel is very good to stay near Hidimba mata temple. Beautiful property with scenery views of tall deodar tress and mata hidimba temple. The food was good. Staffs took very attention towards guests.  

Very nice hotel

We specifically stayed at Hadimba heights  because we wanted to be near to hadimba temple and mighty forests. It is located in the right area – a 2 minute walk in puts you right at hadimba temple. Deodar view from our room was awesome. 

The hotel is a modern construction and facilities are good.. Free internet is provided.
You can have snacks in hotel and there are also many food joints near to hotel….Momos..Siddu…Golgappaz…maggi…yummm. Dinner meal at hotel was excellent. Preferring our Indian food ‘mild’, the curries we had were very flavourful, but with minimal chilli heat..
In breakfast the Western options were corn flakes, toast and eggs. The Indian options were very tasty. 

Our room was quite spacious and had comfortable sitting furniture and bed. The bathroom was adequate. Everything was very clean and new, looks like a newly build hotel. View from balcony was awesome. Sitting out at the top and watching the mist come over the mountains, was however very pleasant.

Pros:
1. Clean and maintained room.
2. Good food.
3. Nice location.
4. Lovely Management.
5. Near to Hadimba Temple and Forest.
6. Very good hotel property

Cons: 
1. No bath tubs

Overall, Hadimba Heights was a good place to stay.
