Full cheating not pay salary  after full month working  why  fhey spoil name hotel industry unhygienic food  how they run hotel better stop it's my very bad experience in this hotel as chef kindly i aware all please don't  join this hotel other wise definitely you  cheated by management not pay salary  better then you join any restaurant or dhaba  Owner is very smart    very bad experience  in life

Worst management

We held our wedding reception at Samrat Heavens on October 31, 2021. It was a gathering of 70 family members. We were really delighted and happy to see the staff of Samrat Heavens meeting our every requiremnent with smile. Rajendra, th head of staff did excellent job in maintaining the flow of event. He took care of decoration, lights, seat arrangement and management of food and drinks personally and professionally. Waiters were well-trained. Food was good. Even our relatives were very happy with service and food. Their current general manager, Arif is very cordial and he personally assured that staff was taking care of everything at the event. Organisation and management of our reception was professionally handled.

Reception

The worst rooms, no lift at 5 floors, sloppy marbles, rooms full of dust, dirty rooms, dirty towels, pathetic food, no electricity backup, no hot water, even dharmshslas are better then this hotel ,
I have done the mistake by selecting this I hope you will not do

Visited in the month of August for Kitty party, Food was excellent , service was excellent thanks to Samarat Heaven hotel Team for making our evening Memorable
We got 55item Menu in Just 1600/- per plate with DJ and Decorations

We attended a wedding party at Hotel Samrat Heavens last week,Food was delicious as well as services,
Mr.Arif the GM of the hotel was with us from starting till end of the function, We recommend this hotel for staying and function to all all relatives and friends.

BEST OPTION FOR WEDDING CEREMONY AND BANQUET FUNCTIONS

It used to be the best and the most royal venue of Meerut, But sorry to see this property in such a worst condition. I have visited such a bead venue in past many years.
Attended a family wedding on 15.03.2021 found the following issue.

Day 1 (Pre Wedding day, guest Arrival) 
Manager was very rude all the time. Not willing to listen to the issues. 
Not able to provide rooms on time. 
Even after waiting for hours we got 5 out of 9 rooms. 
None of the rooms were absolutely fine (AC not working, Tv not working, Dish TV was not recharged, Rooms were duty and smelly)
Parking was another big issue. They have a bouncer in parking and his job is to be rude with you and bother you in all the ways possible. 

Day 2 (The Wedding day)
All above issues continue with the miss match in count of rooms provided by the manager (Mr. Rude) and our guest. 
Finally at night around 12:15 he agreed that he had given just 8 rooms where he was counting 9.
The DJ was absent so someone (Who knows nothing about music) was playing the DJ.
Food was tasteless (not even a single starter or vegetable or sweet was even ok)
All the tables were shaking.
Plates were steeled by the staff.
Washrooms were dusty all the time.
Biggest issue - One of the main doors falls on a kid, lucky no major injury.
After all this when we tried to tell about the issue to the manage he called the bouncer and gave the following statements-  " I am running hotel form last 20 years, don't teach me" and to the bouncer "Dakho jara jyada charbi chadi hai inhe" 
We were local so managed somehow, But now this is not a place to go for any one.
No one deserves such a treatment after giving such a huge amount of money. 
Nowadays Meerut has many Venues that are way far for this place. Hotels which have processes, to handle any emergency issue.
Just spend more time and you will get a better venue in the same or maybe lesser value (for sure you cant bargain with them).

Wedding function

I am from meerut, i didn’t have any idea about hotels.. one of my friend was coming from Mumbai to meerut for some work. I was really wondering where to send him for good stay. Then i tried Samrat heavens, i really wanna tell you, my friend has very good experience.  interior, service, food, cleaning.. everything..

Must stay..

We recently went to Samrat Heavens restaurant for Dinner. The reason we chose it was because we wanted to have a few drinks along with snacks and dinner. To our surprise they didn't had any kind of Rum or Vodka even though it's peak winter. We then ordered Soup but they came back saying they have only Tomato soup. When we probed more they agreed to bring a Chinese one. But then it turned out to be boiled water with vegetables. Then we ordered a veg and anon veg platter and it was the worst we have had ever. It was 10:45 and we decided not to experiment with main course. We immediately called up another restaurant and they agreed to accept our order. We asked for Bill and they gave us a normal memo bill on paper and not a computerized one.... This was worst experience we have had in recent past. Looks like the owner is not keen to even continue this restaurant.

It's an average hotel. Light was not working in the bathroom. No towels were given. Had to ask for everything. Food wasn't good in taste but it was expensive. Even cost of a beer was on the higher side.
