Don't expect anything fancy. This is mainly a transit hotel in Mumbai. Even though it is not luxurious, you can expect a decent stay with clean rooms and some basic amenities. The breakfast is not a big spread but does the job.

Just Average

I checked into this hovel ... after booking through a booking site of Avios British Airways.
The pictures looked splendid... nothing as described.  The place was a  building site.  The entrance riddled with rats and filfth.  The builders and security standing outside spitting at entrance.  What a way to begin.  I pulled my bag over rubble into an okay entrance and was eventually checked in.  Once again pulled my bag down a building site over ditches and dongas to be taken up a dusty lift to my suite... on opening the door the first site was an old cigarette box on landing... the second a tatty file with nothing inside.. the third a feeble attempt of kitchen accessories.. the fourth a bad tatty room with sub standard bed linen.  I turned the bed  back to find a long dirty hair in the centre of bed.  I then ventured to the bathroom which was understandably old.... and found grey dirty towels and a meagre cake of soap.  Obviously this place is not fit for international tourists.  I asked for assistance to be laughed at... and once I got some sense some manager called offering to have the place cleaned.  Pathetic after finding this mess.  I was offered breakfast whilst they fixed up to be led into yet another building ... the breakfast room was disgusting and most unappetising.  I decided to ask for a check out... no more to be said.  Wifi was a problem as well...

very good accommodation. whether single or with family this is a very good place to stay.
I have noticed improvement is staff coordination and service. Suggestions for Hotel management :- please provide kit in bathroom like comb moisturizer etc.

Room was clean and upto date with everything working. Not too far from the main Vile Parle market and station, approx 10-12 min walk. Only down fall is they did not allow us to breakfast the day we got there, even though we weren’t going to eat the next morning due to early morning flight. I suppose they can improve on that part of customer service. Otherwise for the price is a ok stay. 

1 night stay

I booked and paid in advance 2 executive rooms at the mint international airport suite on 7th Dec to be checked in on 26th Dec through hotels.com.  On 26th Dec I received a call at 10.30am from the hotel for check in confirmation.  I requested late check in about 8-9pm.  Later I called again to inform that I will only be able to arrive at 11pm.
It was hard to find the place as there was no building with the name "Mint international airport suite".  Finally found it named as Ashok Apartments.  When we enquired, they said management merged.  We were brought to the suites.  It was an absolute shock when we entered the apartment.  We had to share the living room and the kitchen with the management staff as that space was used as an office and living space for them.  The staff informed that all the rooms were fully booked so we were given the apartment to be shared with the staff.  As we arrived at 11pm and I had my 70 year old mom with me, I had no choice but to stay there.  The staff said that he will move out if we are not comfortable if he stays there and we requested him not to stay there and give us the privacy that we paid for but when I came out to the living hall in the morning, he was still there.

We didn’t get to use the tv, wifi, no premium bedding, no phone, no table lamp, some dirty scribbles on the cupboard door, staff’s stuff in living and kitchen.  No sealed drinking bottled water provided but were asked to drink so called aqua water in a used bottle in the fridge.  This is what we got:- (kindly see the attached pictures)
     
       
I had to request for toiletries and pillow (as you can see only one pillow provided in one of the room).

This is the worst thing that can happen to anyone and it had to be my family.
No sorry was said. No compensation given.  Will hotels.com will compensate? I have no idea. Will let readers know if they do.

Mint International Airport Suite does not exist.  Its only Ashok Deluxe Apartments. Great Cheaters.
