Most horrible stay.Spent 2 days no less than a nightmare.
Gave a room with pedestal fan full of rust and dust with ultra noisy AC .Table top TV as big as lap top.
Writing table without a chair.
Struggled for hot water.Tea coffe sachet just dumped and no spoon to stir team in the room , hotel expect you to use your finger.
Lousy staff slipper seems to be dress code.Barely anything on buffet breakfast,hotel staff runs to nearby provisions shop to fetch bread packet .
Rooms are full of seepage and you need to keep hammering remote as battery are dying .
In the night you will have encounter with mosquito as all out liquid would have got over...
You can gauze standard that you will chimtaa of almost 12  inches instead of tongue to pick up idlies ,poori and wada.
Overall for hygiene and cleanliness this is  not worth even a free stay.
There is zero supervision and hotel is running in auto pilot mode .

Not worth even a free stay

I had booked two executive rooms and stay was overnight. Starters, dinner , breakfast were much below par. Staff both room service and front desk was unfriendly , service was late and unproffesional, in fact the waiter was rude . Rooms were in bad state of maintenance . I do not recommend a stay or food here 

Most horrible and distasteful stay 

Hi,

We had organized a get-together of family and cousins at M-West (Sampoorna dining) and had a perfect setting of 40 people. They gave us the basement area. Since it was basement, the whole place was for ourselves. with music and no noise going out, so it dint disturb other diners as well. Get your own pen drive and play the music, simple!

The ambiance was good, so it was less of a banquet and more of casual dining area which is good in a way.. 

Food was as usual, excellent and had enough staff to cater. Everything was prepared in Jain as requested!

Had a Blast with our family party!

It was our first time at sampoorna hotel. Awesome property with perfect location. Spacious rooms. Well layout of buffet. Whole staff is very warm welcoming. Bathrooms are low on amenities, clean. View from the balcony is good. Room service was good and food very delicious. Overall a decent one night stay.

Outstanding, very Elegant and Comfortable!!

Stayed here mainly because we needed a place close to where family members live and there was not much to choose from.
Service, front desk and restaurant staff were helpful, but many aspects of the hotel need upgrades. For example, bath towels were clean but old and left an odor on the skin...  , 
Toilet paper replenished only upon request. Thick layer of dust in many of the clothes drawers, furniture had grimy stains on the upholstery, worst in the restaurant!
Breakfast was good however, and plentiful.
This is a well located hotel and could be much more attractive if the owners invested in it a bit more...

Facility in need of upgrades

One Of the good hotels in the area. With good facilities. Have a restaurant on ground floor. Best location on link road. In front of gore gaon sports club. Good rooms but room service issue. Overall good.

Good place

Hospitality is our tradition is their tag line , however I have had the exact opposite experience. We were staying at this hotel and had a female family friend visit us for 10 mins, as we had to go elsewhere and its was convinient to meet at the hotel. But the manager Jitesh Shetty there acted extremely rudely with her, and treated her as if she was a escort. As we were not ready and took a few miniutes to leave, He aslo started threatning us by calling the security and misbehaving with her. With this sort of cheap  mentality, I am really surprised Mr Jitesh is the manager at this place. It looked like a family friendly hotel but turned out to be a nightmare. It was quite a shock for me as this is the rudest and low gutter mentality that I have had experienced in many years of travelling. In a country where we are trying to achive better rights and status for women, treating any women like this is the most backward and insulting attitude. Even when we left the place Jitesh was being aggressive and called on a few staff and security as to threaten us. Very dissapointed as this is Mumbai and considered one of the safest women friendly cities in India. Pleae do not consider staying at this place there are a whole lot of better options than this place managed by cheap, bavkward, illliterate like managing staff

sampoorna hotel is gud but i like the older one which was hotel spark- pure veg!!!! 
sampoorna is veg -non veg 
it is between infiniti n inorbit
so gets a good crowd with peak location!!!!!
u can also stay at the hotel rates may vary
