At Rs 5100/ night do you expect to get a stinky room with sticky floor. Hair on bed,dust everywhere! Complained to oyo got the sheets changed, dusting done. Had not seen the washroom till then! Pictures attached to show it's condition. Leaking wc! This place is rated as 3 star hotel!

Cheated!

We never expected such a big and nice room in Mumbai. Our stay was perfect and all the staff members are nice and gentle. The food was also good. Treebo is always good for family stay anywhere. Looking for for more such nice experience.

Excellent Stay

The room was average.
The smallest TV set I have come across in recent times.
Room 308 had smallest window and the AC did not work so I was shifted to Room 409, which was much better comparatively.
Promised WiFi did not work most of the time.
Breakfast was basic, but that is Ok.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while and have finally got round to it. 
Booked via booking.com
One of my friends turned up at 2pm to check in only to be told by the hotel they had no record of the booking. They then proceeded to offer fewer rooms than we had booked for a higher price. My friend negotiated with them for hours but had no way of contacting the rest of the party as we were in the air. 
They reluctantly agreed due to the belief that no booking had been made.
The rest of the group turned up at 1am and were highly surprised that there was no record despite having paperwork to hand.
We accepted there must have been an error due to the fact it was 1am and there were 16 of us needing to get to bed.
In the morning the manager asked me to cancel the booking.com reservation to avoid any confusion. 
Clearly the only reason for this is to take the booking.com's commission and to overcharge us. They hid behind the language barrier and ripped us off good and proper. 
Aside from that the rooms are basic but OK
The food is really basic and I would recommend eating elsewhere
When we were there they were doing a lot of work including using pneumatic drills through the night which didn't bother most of us but those on the 1st floor had issues sleeping. 

In summary it's not a bad place but they're dishonest.

Party of 16 ripped off

The staff and service are very good. The room is not up to what is shown in pictures. Food is okay. The most horrible thing was AC. The old type AC having terrible sounds and many times you will wake up in sleep hearing loud sounds inside AC.

We had a nice stay at the Hotel, our main purpose to stay at the hotel was to catch the Rajdhani from Mumbai Central, added benefit we got we had Oh Calcutta as the restaurant in the premises and being Bong we loved the food very much.

Nice Stay at the Hotel

It was very comfortable stay inspite of the only woman in the room the staff is extremely friendly. The complementary breakfast was okay as it didn't have too much of options but in total my staff was great.

old hotel but well maintained.Front office staffs are experienced but some of them still need training regarding the way to communicate with guests.breakfast was ok .some of the rooms stinks which should be taken care of by help of room freshners.

good hotel

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days. Location is very good near mumbai central station walking distance from haji ali and mahalaxmi temple. Room was clean and well maintained.Breakfast is simple like all budget hotels.The restaurant serves bengali food but is costly.In room service chinese food is served which is good.
Within 200 mtrs. there is a good restaurant maji sagar which serves good food,Pav bhaji is good and chinese foods r also good.Those who are new to mumbai this is a good location.Taxis are easily available for any destination.Juhu beach a favourite place for turists is about 40 minutes by taxi during day time.
Overall within 4000 this is a good hotel.

Reasonably good hotel

It’s a decent place with decent surroundings I was in a suite and I like that. While I enjoyed the chicken grilled sandwich with cheese I was kind of disappointed with the shakes they offer. If you’re going to visit this hotel do keep in mind that this place is not one of the most awesome places to be in but if you want to be here for a casual night you can just go for it.
