I have never seen such a filthy place in my life. The rooms stink and the washroom was horrible. It's not even a hotel it's more like a lodge. The locality of the place is even worse. The road connecting the hotel and main road is in dire situation.

Hotel is approx 300 mtr inside marol pipe line . due to narrow crowded road many auto taxi don't want come on time location is also confusing . Chicken  smell around hotel if any one pure veg this hotel not for them. Hotel don't have lift and kitchen. Room initial given to me was not good however they shifted me to 1st floor as i am extending one more day.

Stayed here because it's close to the airport. 5 minutes in a tuk tuk.
It was clean enough, but that's it for positives. Firstly, it was SO noisy, we were near the stairs, it sounded like the staff were having a party. You can hear every, cough, spit and worse throughout the hotel.
Don't pay for breakfast, the only option is a greasy 1 egg omelette and not toasted toast.

When I travel in developing countries I expect pretty basic, but this takes it to a new level.  The only reason I have given it two stars is because the staff were pleasant and quite helpful, else it would be less.

The rooms look like the walls have never been wiped.  There was spit and dead bugs on the walls from years past.  The air-conditioner had two options... 16 degrees or off, so either don your beanie and jacket to sleep, or get used to the heat (preferred option)  The bed was a single, although I booked a queen (guess they saw I was travelling alone and decided this would be enough, however, a single doesn't cut it in India if you are over 6 foot tall. 

I had to ask for both a towel and toilet paper.  Neither was supplied automatically.

Having got past being factual... in my honest opinion, avoid this hotel.  Spend a few more dollars and go elsewhere. I was meant to stay two nights, but checked out after the first night.

If you risk it, take our own cleaning supplies and extra blanket

It was one of my worst experience in life.Plsssssss never ever  think to stay in this hotel. When we reached the hotel after getting the confirmation on the phone,they said rooms are not available because of online booking. They did not even bother to inform us.Somehow we managed for a day,but after that the experience that we got at Sai Residency was terrible. Extremely horrible & very dirty & smelly hotel ... location is dingy. Do not  get attracted  with the  facilities n price coz those things are false.Plsss don't prefer dis hotel....dis hotel is located in a slum area and the location is extremely smelly .. The pictures shown at website are absolutely misleading. Infact the area  is not at all hygienic.The walls had bad stains & cracks on it, the fan was making so much noise and was shaky as if it was about to fall on the bed.  We asked them to change the room but they said no room is vacant .
It was one of the most horrible place i have ever stayed in my life. Waiters are hungry for the tip.They do not know how to behave with the customers. Infact they do not return the balance amount themselves. You have to ask for it again n again. Intercom was out of order and was not working. They assure you of giving complimentary breakfast, which was highly pathetic (only bread slices & no butter at all) which was cold when served and so were their utensils.. The bedding was extremely dirty. .AC was not working properly. Water was leaking from AC.We got the room for Rs.1,600/- per day and they call it deluxe room. But it was costly even if the amount was Rs.200/-.
Please don’t plan your stay there even if you get it free of cost.The worst hotel ever!!! never ever book this hotel. Don’t even think of it guys. Staff is very rude and the front desk guy named Rahul was very arrogant.I must say that they just cheat the customers.They take so long for bringing the orders.even for bringing tea,they take about an hour.Bathrooms were not clean at all. Shortage of water is another drawback of this hotel. They would switch off the water supply and they have to be told again & again while taking bath.Worst Experience ever!!!
