Worst Place to visit with/without family.
The only good thing about the place was Polite staff and just okay food quality.
However, really slow turtoise service. Rooms were terrible, dirty, smelling like Shi*TT, shouting loudly to go out and leave the place. Dirty curtains, beds, furnitures, fungus full mirrors, broken ceiling and what not. We had to stay there because Mussorie was full and no other hotel to go. We went there with our parents, paid heafty price for that filthy room, just because of delayed booking and non-availability of hotels during End week of December 2021. We have taken photogrpahs of of the rooms and other things attached herewith , and hence not exhaggerating. So please, save yourself or confirm everything before booking or going there.

Terrible Place, Please, DO NOT GO.

I booked the hotel dream palace mussorie in advance through online app for trip from 2th june to 4th june,2019 but when I reached the hotel,they did not allow me to check in and told me that we have finished our contract with online app.It was too much panic for me and my family.But none listen and help me regarding this matter while I have done full payment in advance.It was 8pm in night and I was helpless then I have to search another hotel with my little children, my wife and my old age parents and carrying luggage due to their rude & irresponsible behaviour and I had to rent an another hotel by paying double charges..worst experience..

Wrost experience..very rude & non cooperative staff..

Location - 0 🌟 if you have a vehicle then you have to pay 100 rs everytime to enter into mall road. You can go to hotel through mall road only.
Food -  1 🌟
Service - 0 🌟 Noone bother about your issues. Manager is very rude.
Room - 1 🌟 very small and dirty. Mattress quality was very bad.


Worst Hotel

Rooms are small however you cannot expect too much for the price they charge. Check In and check out time is very stringent. Do not expect too much for breakfast and just ok. Bed quality is good and the location is the best part.

Good room for budget traveller

It was nice stay here. I was there with my wife. Hotel room was amazing with very comfortable bed. Room had everything required and was spotless. Internet very good and included in the price. Helpful and welcoming staff.
Highly recommend.

"Hotel Dream palace"

A nice hotel to stay but initially we had to request for cleaning, not toiletries were provided. the food service was also very good and tasty. over all i will say a nice hotel,
