I went to Mussoorie with my family and stayed at Hotel Deep. It's an incredible hotel with stunning views, comfortable rooms, and a super friendly staff. The location is spot on, close to all the attractions. I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it!

Good hotel but we were provided a small room…staff is very nice and good food quality with prompt desk and room service…limited Parking is also available for some cars, cleanliness must be increased to avoid stinking bathrooms

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel that not only offered breathtaking views but also provided spacious and comfortable rooms. A Picturesque Haven with Spacious Serenity

THE WORST HOTEL IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND!

Where do I even start? I wish I could give a negative ratings but unfortunately that option is not available. 

As we were traveling by bike, it took us way  too long to travel to Mussourie due to heavy rain. Do not even expect a polite or a civilized welcome because the staff here is completely unruly and untrained. Despite calling in to inform about a late check in, there were no towels or toiletries in the room. A 'single towel' was provided for 2 terribly drenched people. Zero on brains. After requesting for another one, we were told they do not have towels. Are you even kidding me! 

BLOOD STAINS IN THE WASHROOM
The highlight of the room is definitely the washroom. Dear future travelers, if you guys happen to be lucky enough like us, you might find better patterns made out of BLOOD on your toilet seat as we did. Maybe the artist was not in the mood. Please check the attached pictures.

Jokes apart, even after reporting the incident to the hotel staff, all we could get back is " Sorry, there is no staff from the sanitation team to clean the seat, please manage till the  next morning". After a heated discussion at the reception and literally begging our way out of the situation, the night duty guy at the front desk sent a man from the housekeeping staff who had the audacity to yell in our face "Thoda sa khoon hi to hai, kya ho gaya". I lost my mind at that very moment. 
The guy was extremely lazy, rude, misbehaved and reluctant to take care of the very basic thing he was sent to do to our room late at night - CLEAN THR BLOOD STAINS ON THE TOILET SEAT AND SANITIZE IT TO PREVENT FURTHER INFECTION. Instead he thought it would be a better idea to thrash & insult the guests. Cherry on top of the cake - he banged the main door in faces on his way out mumbling nonsense while upset about disturbing him for this apparently irrelevant thing as per him. I would also like to add the the bedsheet had disgusting brown stains accompanied by
a terribly dirty and dusty room phone (pictures attached). Zero COVID norms followed. -100 stars for cleanliness.

The next morning I personally reported the incident to the owner of the Property Deepak Gupta hoping he would probably give the staff a piece of his mind and offer an apology. Nothing of that sort happened. Instead of addressing the issue at hand, he was busy chit chatting on WhatsApp and back to back calls while I was sitting in his face narrating the entire episode. He decided to immediately leave the scene in the mid of the conversation which happened totally unannounced.

To sum up, Team Ibibo, I request you to permanently Blacklist Hotel Deep & take a strict action against the property.

Future travelers, only visit the place if you wish to come back with UTI, infections, COVID and other diseases that the property and Ill trained and uneducated staff onsite is distributing freely due to their utterly careless attitude to their guests. 

Hotel Deep, you guys are fortunate that I was in a rush to travel back or else I would have called the cops on you! 

Shut down your property! 

You guys are single handedly capable of bringing in the next wave of COVID and even discovering new diseases in the entire town of Mussourie. Disgustingly rotten place!

Sanitation and hygiene is something which is expected out of any property involved in hospitality business. I was not hoping a five star treatment but basic ground level cleanliness like clean washrooms and bedsheets along with a civilized staff is extremely important. Please do not visit this property ever!!!!!!!!

Bood stains on the toilet seat, used bedsheets, hotel staff without masks, dirty room telephone, rude & misbehaved staff, unsafe

Nice Location, Sun-facing, Mountain view from Windows (Super Deluxe Room), equipped with Full of Furniture.
Basic Services like Room Heater, Tissue papers, Extra Blankets, Hangers are missing in rooms. The heater is on paid basis Rs. 600/- per day even in Super Deluxe rooms.
Housekeeping Service not good. All doors of 3 Super Deluxe rooms are with high cheen-cheen sound while opening or closing and disturbing all the time like very low-quality doors.
Poor signal of Cable and Wi-Fi connection and frequent light failure.
Water Buckets and Mugs in the bathroom are of poor quality and leaking. Bathroom Chowki was broken and provided other old chowki after 3-4 reminders.
Geysers start after 7 a.m. even in chilly weather. Toothbrush kit expected in these rooms.
No Hot Water Cattle or tea maker is provided even in High Tariffed Super Deluxe rooms.
Food quality is good and tasty. I liked Kitchen Service.
Lift is up to the 2nd floor and not the 3rd-4th floor. Parking is not available.
Staff asks for 2% extra against Card Payment.

In Hotel Deep, 3 rooms booked for 3 days (25th Dec.,2021 to 28th Dec.,2021). Near to Mall Raod.

Every hotel has a good view so this hotel doesn't have anything unique. Worst experience we ever had, they did not give plates to eat food bought from outside. No outside food allowed policy is worst!

Only view is good

It  is the  best hotel in mussoorie. Staff and service was excellent... View was enriching and excellent...Food was very tasty... Rooms were quite big and bathrooms were very clean ...The property offered the dental kit which had all  the necessity..

Excellent hotel...

We were staying at a B& B nearby where hotel Deep delivers food.. so we decided to order our dinner.. the food came in nice and hot and well in time..the Kadhai paneer  and Dal Makhani were both very delicious and well prepared.. thelacha paranthas were also made well.. the delivery  guy was courteous and prompt as well..

Nice Indian food

While choosing the hotel, I had four things in mind; Cost, facility, location and good reviews. While the rates may vary over time, we get on quite reasonable for the season.

Cozy & clean room, water heater in the bathroom, really warm soft blankets, ambiance perfectly suited to the hills. Being on the first floor, even if it wasn’t a family suite kind of with terrace but a sitting arrangement outside the room with kind of views, one won’t have any complaints either.

Good Hotel with the View

Budgeted hotel in mussorie and good views from rooms. Its very near from mall road but as you can reach there from mall road so taxies can't reach over there.
Even terrace rooms have way better view then mountain view rooms.
