I went with family on mussoorie on july 22 2024 and stayed here for two days. Its really amazing experience during stay.
Good staff, good and helping behavior and ofcourse breakfast was so tasty. This hotel also away from busy mallroad at same time only from 10 min walking difference.

Good stay

Whenever I visit Mussoorie, I always choose to stay at this hotel. The experience is consistently incredible, thanks to the outstanding staff and the breathtaking view from the room. From the moment I arrive, I am greeted with warm smiles and a friendly welcome that makes me feel right at home.

Hotel Sun n Snow is the best Hotel in Mussoorie in terms of Value for Money and the quality of service and food that is provided at the most affordable price.
What we loved about the property is the way the staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The washrooms are neat and clean. There is no issue with water supply. They also have a Genset to make sure that there as the electricity goes away there is no problem to guests. There is also a wonderful roof top restaurant that we loved. The food quality is best. In our 4 nights stay we only ate Dinner outside once. The freshly served delicious food is no doubt the best. All guests should try their food. Most Hotels do not care about food quality. But here it is really well done. Lastly the view from the Hotel is simply mind-blowing. The way the mist the clouds roll in the Doon Valley. It is mesmerising. The free Parking is such a great convenience.
Overall our trip was made amazing by the wonderful stay we had at Sun n Snow. Highly recommended. And definitely coming back soon.

Wonderful stay

One of the best hotel to stay in Mussoorie.
Everything was perfect from room service to food to room views to location of the hotel. Staff was extremely helpful. It made us feel like home.

Best 3 star hotel in Mussoorie 

Why i rated 4 stars:- 
1.They charge for water bottles. Every property in worlds provides free water but i paid. 
2. No breakfast buffet. They usually don’t have breakfast buffet. 
Only total 5 items and tea/coffee. 
Tbh I didn’t liked bf quality. Chief can be improved. 
3. Very far from mall road by walking. 
If u don’t have vehicle or transportation then be ready to do difficulty 3 km trekking. 
I didn’t had transport so walked so much.

(Hotel is located in a less crowded and quite road) it’s good that no noise pollution

Excellent property but minor issues

This was a simple but yet very nice hotel 700 mts from Mall road .I stayed here with my old parents & the staff was so helpful & polite . Simple breakfast but yet very nice & served hot .Shivji was always on his toes n severed us hot lovely parathas ,Puri"s .even when we would order food in the room for our parents they would give good service .the manager Satish ,Sonuji & Shivji were all very nice . All families in the hotel .Simply go ahead with this hotel when in mossurrie.only 1 request oye room on 1st floor water flow in tap n shower was very less else 24 hours hot water was also there .I would definitely go bck n stay here again .met the owner he too was very friendly.

I went to this place with my family and the place is very good, the view and the vibes that we all are getting from that place was amazing and the food was awesome and amenities that are required are all available in the hotel premises.
