Cons 
1. Location you cant walk from city center to hotel, its steep hill,
2. Located in residential area felt insecure on the streets past 6 PM
3. Hotel is located far from most of the things to do in Mussoorie

To somersize if you have your own vehicle its one of the best places to stay other wise 
you will end up wasting a lot of money for cabs in Mussoorie because they have union rates with monopoly.( really expensive INR 400 for 5 KM)

We booked the entire hotel for my sisters marriage we paid them above  4,90000  he charged 25000 for the heaters which was only 7 provided in the rooms ,no guizer no electricity ,there was the heavy snowfall evert guest was shivering with cold but he was only asking for money ,he forgot the humanity ,everyone was stuck because of snow weather but he didnt ask even for the water,he sopil our entire function .he used abusive language to both the sisters my father .vigyan u says himself a educated person he is like a illitrate beggar who dont know the way to talk the seniore person and ladies ,he said so sweet words at the time we were booking the hotel but at the time of our stay he was like that we have stolen something he even arrange the things properly there was the gm(mr.harish)who only tried to make things easy 
Dont ever try to book this hotel, the person mr vugyan who is managing the property dosent have the sense of hospitality .

It was our biggest mistake to book this hotel

Spoil marriage function

All the rooms have a very nice view of the hills alongwith an attached balcony. Food was a plus point on top of that they provide you with complimentary pick up and drop service to the mall road for convenience of its guests.

Very nice view

This hotel has a compassionate staff, excellent food preparation and an amazing view. The open space next to the rooms has one of the best view of the mountains.
Staff happily serves food in this open area. We had one of the best mushroom omellets at this place.
Rooms are clean and infrastructure is new.
All this at a decent price. So great value for money.

Comfort, Cleanliness and Good Food

Hotel provides fake pictures over the web site the food is too bad and i booked a suit room i didn't get any complement even a juice language spoken by the labour was too bad on us if we give any work to them i didn't even see the presence of any guards over there had a very bad experience very dissatisfied with them
