we stayed at the hotel from 03 to 04 July. two rooms were booked. the cleanliness of the bathrooms and overall was poor. the tiles, door were dirty. the bathroom fittings were rusted and dirty. the morning tea from the restaurant on both days was smelly bitter and not drinkable. on 05 morning the milk in the tea had split. though hotel rates are cheaper but the place has bad smell everywhere. the glass brought for tea were not cleaned and had stains.

Customer care and Maintenance

Hotel management is not even bothered to give complementary water bottles.Complementary breakfast was booked as an package while we booked through yatra.com which was denied by hotel reception intentionally.Worst service.Food prices are exorbitant and even an street hotels provide better and tasty food.Never book their rooms seeing the website photos.Rooms are all old and bed sheets are torn and not at all fit for use .Toilet is totally unclean and worst ever I had seen or stayed so far.Really pathetic.There are good other hotels to stay nearby...

Worst hotel I ever stayed

Hi team,
I had the worst experience at this restaurant in Mysore . I went in with my family and waited for quite some time. I asked the waiter to help us as we are in a hurry to which he said if u want u eat else go out. As I had come to this place earlier and I also had a train to catch I waited patiently and told the cashier abt this obnoxious behaviour he said all that’s ‘fine’ u tell what u want and I ordered 3 dosas from the cashier and waited while this guy was watching us. My wife later on asked him after ten minutes that we had ordered 3 dosas and we want one for the baby to which he said no dosas available and asked her to go and talk to who ever she spoke to (cashier) or get out of the place. I had to walk out with my family. I did not reach out to the cops as I had a train. I am going to take this further! And place a complaint in the consumers forum.

Worst Hotel staff behaviour

A decent hotel with spacious and clean rooms.. The room was very neat. The staff were polite and co-operative. A decent vegetarian restaurant with good choice of stuff. The service in the restaurant is also good. A  highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.
Our stay there was very comfortable. The rates are also highly reasonable. Very close to the railway station and bus stand. Public transport is available in plenty.

Nice place

Reached at night due to rains, staff were least interested in confirming booking. They denied that I had called in and informed about the late arrival, then had to show the call log to rein them in. Had booked an ac room as the non ac room was labeled as smoking room. To my horror the room stank of cigarette smoke which the bell boy couldn smell ( may be he had covid19 and lost his smell...) they kept denying the smoke smell and wouldn't allot another room. Goibibo could not be reached, tried them as I had booked through them. For my inner peace I walked out and went to southern star and had a good weekend. Although an older property, they gave a decent offer and cozy accommodation.  goibibo has given me a 3 month voucher of less than 1k to use in bookings. So much for their poor listing of lodges.

Don't book

Excellent South Indian thali with wafer soft poori and sabji… tasty sambar, rasam, curd and kesari… warm and welcoming host to families and individuals… clean and hygienic washrooms and courteous service… well light and well laid out setting… keep up the good work…

Tasty Vegetarian Delight

Restaurant is in Heart of city near to palace and ambiance is good its kind of filled with tourists in weekends food is average for the price,dont expect much on meals.there are couple of good restaurant nearby you can try out.

Good parking space and ambiance

1. Location - Walking distance (~750m) from the mysore palace. Not much crowded area. You will get auto from just outside the gate (if you do not have car) to go to nearby places like Zoo, Church.

2. Room - Spacious airy room with clear bathroom and bed. There is a dressing table, LED TV, wardrobe, fan, sofa, tea table. You will get newspaper in the morning. Most rooms are same.

3. Service - Prompt courtious service. Lift is available.

4. Food - There are 2 Veg restaurants in the ground floor, one AC (veg chinese, punjabi, north Indian) and one non-AC (south and north meals). Meal prices are reasonable (~140/-). The AC restaurant charges high for the same quality/quantity of food. You will get unlimited meals on the 4th floor. The restaurant is always crowded, be early to sit. There is not many good restaurants nearby. 

5. Parking - Ample parking place available but will be difficult to get place during lunch time.

6. Price - Non-AC rooms at Rs. 2400/- looks reasonable considering the holidays during Christmas/New Year.

Good professional hotel

We had been there for lunch. It is very good restaurant with very good seating and space. The food was very good. We enjoyed pan being sold outside. 
The government showroom for handicrafts is on the premises. Good showroom.

Very good

We had 2 AC rooms booked for 1 night for my family in October 2019 and was fairly surprised at the hospitality. The rooms were big and nice with flawless cleanliness. Best part is you have a inhouse veg restaurant serving awesome food (we liked their thali so much) and the location. Mysuru zoo, mysure palace are all within 1 to 1.5kms range.
