It's fantastic 100 year old heritage hotel with modern facilities and great staff and tasty food. Specious room with wooden floor and fire place to keep you warm. This hotel very comfortable for a couple to large groups. Breakfast and dinner buffet are well spread and warm food is delicious.

Royal service at Heritage hotel

This is a heritage building constructed by the British in the year 1913. This building is still standing strong even after 111 years of existence and that is the beauty of this Heritage building. 

It was a really great experience for me and my family. It is a heritage place and we had royal hospitality here. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and awesome hospitality. My family loved the royal Experience and wish to visit again.

Royal Experience

The stay was very nice, the staff has a very friendly behaviour, the was good, very easy to reach location at it is near to every tourist spots, one of the staff which helped a lot is basant ji. I highly recommend to stay at this hotel. Hotal management helps in finding out the perfect guids to us.

Experience

We visited as a family of 3 adults and 1 child aged 10 years. On our arrival at Nainital, our tourist cab went a little further from the hotel's main gate. As it was a one-way street we would had to take a long detour to reach the Hotel's gate. We called the hotel staff. 2 of their staff members came to carry our luggage and accompany us to the hotel. The check-in at the hotel was immediate. The room was big enough for the 4 of us. We were provided with a bed and a sofa-cum-bed. As the weather was very cold we asked for an additional heater and the staff provided us with one. The hotel staff was very hospitable and always readily available. They arranged for local sight-seeing and the cab owner-cum-driver was a gem of a person. His contact details are 8171676848-Mr. Bisht. The food - breakfast, snacks and dinner - was also nice. Mr. Gopal assisted us a lot at the restaurant. I thank the hotel management for making our stay comfortable.

A hospitable stay

The services and foods are excellent.  hotel in near the lake, naina devi temple ,ropeway and main market. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its parking and mesmerising gardening. Hotel manager chandresh bisht will take care to make my stay memorable. Will recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great and comfortable stay must visit hotel.

Great dinning and accommodation with nice hospitality

Horrible stay the property manager chandresh miscommunicated and gave us a final rate when we gave check in and check out date. Today I thought of taking the final bill and pay for extra 2 bottles 71rs that I took. When I landed at reception I was shocked when he said the rate which was quoted was for a day! He misbehaved with me and said hawa mein thy aap samjey nahi mein nahi kuch kar sakta and asked security to shut the main gate I got furious and demanded to call police and took the registration card along with ID and Chandresh then said to check out in a very rude manner!!!! We checked out and requested the security to open the gate! Me and my husband are hoteliers and it is not about money it is about the false commitment just made sure we dont go to any hotel! When my husband gave his business card he was so sweet we also felt respected… the security guard also applogised but he did not! Horrible stay looting customers! Sad experience I was asked to check out around 9pm! Please be safe and choose this hotel and make sure you take per day charges at check in our you will be traumatised at the end!

Looting at end moment by 1st taking full payment and then shocking by asking double payment!

I always come and stay here as their staff are very helpful and professional..food quality is awesome and they make services great with their personal touch.specially Chandresh bhisht,he is very professional.keep up the good work,we need more people like you in service industry!

Lovely experience as always

We  visited the Royal heritage hotel in July 2023 and had an extremely pleasant stay.
We were in the family room which is a set two bedrooms and two baths and large balcony  surrounding the rooms  and it’s  perfect for a large family .
The USP of the place is the old world charm and colonial vibes  and it’s proximity to the Mall Road and Naini lake which is just 5 mins walk away . It also offers a large parking area which is something deficient in most other hotels in Nainital.
The entire staff was very attentive and especially Mr Chandresh who is the manager , ensured a very comfortable stay for us .

i enjoyed the stay @ this hotel, really a good site i want to thank Mr chandresh bisht for his support during my stay he helped me alot and even manage my things perfectly well i would like to recommend this hotel to everyone as we don't face issue in parking They have a big parking space.thanks alot to hotel staff as well Food is awesome specially the non veg one.

i enjoyed the stay @ this place with my family would recommend this property to all.

Location and property is absolutely comfortable but the most outstanding factor is the hospitality which the staff presents. The food is delicious and compliments to hotel management for taking care of each guest.Definite must visit for a family vacation.
