Extremely disappointed. The pictures used are probably older ones, but the room was unclean. Not only the room but the overall resort. The staff was least bothered and not well trained. Service was poor. Food options are very limited and not up to the mark. We had breakfast in our package but the staff was clueless and said it was not. WiFi wasn’t working as well. No arrangements for our driver to stay. The only positive was the view. We came with high hopes to this property but have been let down.

Extremely disappointing!

Seclude group is worst in terms of serving clients - highly unresponsive. Will take more than one hour to answer one question. Can't answer all the questions over call in one go. Missed my desired room booking because of Rohit's (their employee) inefficiency.

Worst experience with Seclude Group

We wanted to go to a quiet place for the New Years and found out that Seclude Cliff’s Edge was just perfect. It is located at a very peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle of Nainital. The staff at the property were really helpful. Special shoutout to Mohan who ensured that we had a comfortable stay.

Perfect Stay at Seclude Cliff’s Edge

We stayed in Room Vasant and the view was spectacular. The weather was very nice and had the pleasure of experiencing lot of peace. Being a nature lover, i hiked down the hill to the river though the uphill hike was difficult but the view throughout was amazing. The staff is polite and helpful. 
Downside- it is very very far and the roads towards the resorts are bad. When in the parking, you have to walk down a slope on a shabby muddy trail which is steep. 
But i would recommend this to anyone who wants a view with peace. 
We also experienced Earthquake there 😁

Very good property with beautiful views. We stayed at Shishir and the room has a nice sitting area. The food is very good and the staff is super friendly. Special mention to Raj who took very good care of us. Service is very quick. We stayed with a group of friends

Stay at seclude

A beautiful Hill station that lives up to its name. Close enough to Nainital for day trips, and yet nestled in the hilltops of Ramgrah one can sit in peace with a birds eye view of the local town scattered within the valleys. If you’re open to merging with the “elevation” that is Ramgarh, then Seclude will meet you there. 

Much gratitude to Jagdish and Kamliesh for their constant attention to details and assistance. 

Arjun is an excellent cook and the food was really appreciated. 

Finally, thank you to Jitender who sourced some items from the town when I needed them and made sure my friend and I always had a mode of transport. 

A tip if you go in winter….
be sure to enjoy an evening in front of one of the many fire pits. It’s magic!

Elevation is guaranteed in the surrender to Seclude’s silence

The stay here was super amazing. The staff is cooperative and best service provided. The rooms have spectacular view through wide balcony. The another best part is that you get delicious food with so many non veg options which is hardly to get anywhere else in Uttarakhand. I must recommend everyone to stay here if you are coming to Mukhteshwar. The money spend here is worth.

Mukhteshwar Trip

Seclude Ramgarh Cliff’s Edge is true to its name. A beautiful properly nestled in the mountains, the property provides some of the best views. 
Wonderful fresh food, a quiet environment and well equipped rooms- Seclude Ramgarh is a must visit. 
Mr Raaj- the manager is helpful, responsive and pleasant. He helped us whenever we needed something and also made sure we had a comfortable stay. 
I highly recommend Seclude Ramgarh Cliff’s Edge to anyone who is looking to unwind, relax and rejuvenate!
