I was so delighted to learn that this resort is situated away from the madding crowd-away from traffic, noise and people- closer to the Dhela Gate . Truly wild, it is set close along the fringes of the jungle and at night, the jungle sounds are thrilling- so is the darkness.

I enjoyed the swimming pool and the food was delicious. A few people have complained about the place being run down- What I have to say to them is- if you are looking for luxury and would like to stay holed up in a room instead of enjoying the wilderness experience then this place is not for you, nor is Corbett ! Stay in the city !

However , for Nature lovers and those that love the jungle, this place is surely THE BEST.

Thank you Manoj, Jagdish, Gopal and all the wonderful people that made my stay all the more worthwhile. As for Mr Vaibhav, Mr & Mrs Ashok - the Proprietors- thank you for your kindness. I look forward to coming back here again and again.



A true Corbett wilderness experience 

I am so sad to say, this is one of my first 1 star reviews.  This was a place I will never return to. I will start with the positives, because there were some.

Positives:
- the staff was very friendly and accommodating
- I asked to move rooms and they did so.
- they did their best to resolve my complaints and handled it kind and professionally. 
- the (outside) grounds are beautiful

Negatives: 
-  the first room i was put in was absolutely disgusting. it smelled of mold, there were hairs all over my sheets & pillows, the bathroom had stuff (see pictures) all over the walls, I'm not sure the bathroom has ever been cleaned. The pipes were leaking water all over the bathroom.
-  I asked to be moved rooms to someplace cleaner and they did, this room honestly wasnt much better, but i didnt think I would get sick from the mold. 
- the walls were still dirty, I had to sanitize the toilet before sitting down 
- my top door lock did not work

I am very sad to say this place did not meet my expectations at all. While I realize this was a cheaper accommodation, cleanliness did not need to be sacrificed.

I think this property has potential, as all the old reviews show it was a wonderful place. But it is since extremely run down and not cared for.  I highly recommend the staff put some serious cleaning into the property to make it a nice place again.

terribly run down and dirty

Washroom doors not locking in all the four rooms. Toilet seats are dirty all over. Foods prices are comparable to 5 start hotel in Delhi. Not maintained properly. Lights are very low on property. Activity area is doomed. Pool table looks like 200 yrs old with torn cusion. Worst experience. Don’t go there guys

Worst

wish i could give this resort a rating in minus. I have a horror story to narrate.
1. Checked in at 3:45 PM on 19 Feb 22 with friends and family. The rooms were smelling of dampness which was completely irresistible. We checked in under compulsion as we had a wedding to attend in Golden Tusk resort nearby.
2. We left for the wedding at 7:45 PM the same evening and kept the manager informed that we will be back by 11:30 PM. We had taken the room keys along, when we got back we found our bags open and realised a gold chain worth Rs 1.5 lakhs missing along with some cash.
3. On enquiring the manager and the staff refused to own up, to our surprise there were no CCTV cameras installed anywhere in the resort except the reception.
4. A police FIR has been lodged with Ramnagar police station and till date we have had no response from anybody.
5. Please avoid this resort as your safety and safety of your belongings is in doubt.
Hoping nobody else suffers like we did !!!

Horror story (review)

Absolutely beautiful ambiance , wildlife can be experienced at resort facilities if you’re lucky . 
Great swimming Pool
Great Rooms 
And super amazing hospitality . Owner and Helpers are very generous and genuinely helpful .

PS : chef cooks amazing food . 
Full Paisa Vasool place for peaceful gateway . Would visit again .

The place to stay at Corbett

Ambiance and hospitality is very good. Staffs are very helpful. Really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Must try the butter chicken, it’s lip smacking. The hotel is situated near the jungle.  We saw many beautiful birds. We had a wonderful stay there.

Wonderful

Checked in for 2 nights and was really happy with the overall experience. The staff, particularly the Manager- Manoj was really friendly and helpful. The place is right next to the reserve and is only 10 mins from Dhela/Jhirna entry gate.

A quiet place with great value for money

One of the best resort to experience jungle . Location is perfect. It is near to jungle. You can even hear animal sound in nights and also can see girraffee and dear near garden. Food is awesome. Rooms are clean and confortable. Staff is humble. Yiu can experience many things while staying there. Peaceful atmosphere. Overall great experience. Love tooo visit again.

Best experience

 I stayed in Parwati wild on 12th jan 2020. Hotel is very nice and clean. Service is great. And if we talk about location ........ Location is also great. Hotel staff Manager and other staff is very nice guy. They are very helpful. Food is also good. Food is very simple but delicious. Enjoyed a lot.

Excellent stay

This is the very good hotel very far from the hassle bustle of city with lots of greenery. Animals can be seen in the garden of the resort sometimes. Staff is helpful. Budget hotel. Service is quick. The cottages are awesome and swanky. Sometimes mobile signal brings problem. Overall a good stay. Recommended
