Amazing hotel, Visited together with my friend for a business trip,  the staff are extremely warm and welcoming! manager was helpful too. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel! I can’t imagine having a better stay if you’re looking in this area.
Even my friend Bhupender said always choose this property for our upcoming business trip. 

Amazing Experience

I will say it is a business hotel, however it is very good for tourist couples, family also. Road touch & location is too convenient. Rooms are clean & neat with adequate area/size. Staff polite. Restaurant is amazing with various food. Important is that they are keen to provide food according to customers personal taste. I noticed that Mr. Ravi Kothari came to us asked our personal test & soon he made one chicken & one fish dish & both were absolutely testy. 
Can visit this budget hotel without a second thought.

Budget hotel with clean room, good location & best food.

Worth stay. This is my third stay 2 stay was ok but 3rd one Worth there is many problems in the room showr not working properly whole night water dipping in the washroom TV not working properly bed set condition very bed I called in front desk atleast 7 to 8 time it was very Worth stay inn the hotel.

Has a serious parking problem with space for about 10 cars, renovation was going in a store located in the same building which further reduced the space to about 6 cars, rest of the cars were parked at the owners risk on the road. Room service is a hit and a miss, sometimes quick sometimes delayed. The staff is polite though.  Food is tasty.

Also majority of the rooms have no views, with the building being designed in such a way that you are left looking at a concrete pillar, with great difficulty we managed to find a room which had some semblance of a view of the city/hills.

Hotel is good and location is also very good. It is located near main market where lot of shopping options are there.
Rooms are good and  maintained, staff is very polite and helpful. food is delicious and open terrace restaurant is so nice for family gathering.

Awesome place with all facilities

I have booked a room for my one late night stay.i have noticed the basic things about hotel like hygeine and cleaning also the hotel staff was very professional .they have shown nice hospitality.especially the restaurent manager Mr.MANOJ SINGH who was very polite and professional about his work.

The hotel view was amazing it can attract to anyone from hotel terrace...

I hope I would visit again here....

MY WONDERFULL STAY

I booked 6 rooms for 4 nights for my wedding function for my relatives stay.
Avinash Singh helped me to plan the stay and arranged all the necessary things even on short notice.

Rooms were spacious and hotel is very neat and clean.
It is not less than 5 star hotel.
Staff is very polite and helpful.

Food and catering services is good. There is roof top restaurant when u can dine in and can have scenic view of mountains ( if you are new to mountain views)

My over-all experience is very good and my guests were very happy with the hotel staff and the arrangements.

I would recommend the hotel with 5 star rating 👍🙂

5 star stay and amazing staff

Very nice hotel, neat and clean,  homely style food,    with all basic facilities,  value for money,  location is excellent, good service and staff, parking at own risk,  recommended for all,  buffet breakfast was simple and good

Awsome Trip

I stayed at this place in Feb 2020. 
It's a small place very close to kathgodam on the main road. The hotel is clean enough and the food is ok. 
After checking in saw that the room didn't have any towels, so called the housekeeping/ front desk for towels. It took 7 calls and an hour to get 2 towels because the laundry hadn't delivered on time. Next day needed the iron to iron clothes. 
They have no ironing board and only ONE iron in the whole hotel which circulates amongst all the rooms. So had to wait quite a bit till it came because other people were using it too. 
Apart from that, the stay was ok. Staff is polite and respectful. 
Morning breakfast is average. Rooftop restaurant is nice. 
The property is very close to a small strip mall kind of a place which has KFC and other places to eat. 
I've stayed at other more expensive places in Haldwani also and honestly there's no point in paying more because you don't get any better service. So stick to 2500-3000 budget and you'll be fine.
