We stayed in cottage 102 ,it was nice cosy room with all amenities food was tasty & delicious,safari arranged from hotel was good ,overall great experience property is located in main road with good parking space .

- Slightly shadowed by adjoining property.
- Has lot of greenery
- Doesn't have kitchen
Conclusion: You can try it, if you have less budget - as it doesn't have many contemporary facilities like swimming pool, gym, garden, WiFi, meals

Bliss for Budget Travellers

This property is more like a family run guest house and not a hotel. This is a very small property and is located on Corbett Ranikhet road near Dhikuli and is surrounded by other major hotels of Corbett. Little old property with about 10-12 rooms which are adequately maintained. Run by Mr. Talwar & family which nicely takes care of its guests and their requirements.

Positive facts:

1. Meant for Budget Travellers- during the long weekends which becomes small peak season for Corbett all the year except monsoons, the rates of all the good hotels shoot up while the Corbett Treff is available at its regular prices which is a real bliss. 

2. Maintenance - rooms are well maintained. Most highlighting factor is cleanliness of bed and linens. 10 on 10 for that. 

3. Guests get personal attention and due care by owner family.

Negative facts:

1. Non functional kitchen- guests have the option of ordering food from nearby restaurant or they can go outside to have their meal

2. Inadequate lighting in rooms and pathways. Although there are a number of bulbs fitted in all rooms however the illumination can be little better

3. Very slow flow of water in taps- the water pressure in taps is very very slow and small amount of water comes out which results into little dissatisfaction. Very difficult to use shower for bathing.

4. Inadequate parking space within the premises. 

Also like any other surrounding hotel you don't get any activity zone or place for kids outdoor sports or entertaining evening events etc.. But expecting those things in the given budget would not be a right expectation. Overall, I see it as a family run no frills guesthouse and they try to provide the best they can do in such budget. I would recommend the property to all fellow travelers running on a shoestring budget.



I booked it from Goidibo. When we reach the hotel it is just unexpectedly good, good location , big and clean room only problem is no in house restaurant. But dont worry some awesome restaurant is there to take care of it

An awesome hotel in good location and cheap budget

I STAYED HERE ALONG WITH 15 PAX GROUP FOR FOUR NIGHT FROM 25-29 MAY
It is real wonderful place to stay// Very Clean rooms , Spotless neat white bed sheets, Clean and spacious bathroom, 24 hour hot water, Gen set back up, green surroundings, ever helping and cheerful staff and management .
During our stay whatever we demanded ( Innova Vehicles for Nainithal, Gypsy and permit for Corbett safari with short notice etc)  they provided with reasonable rates and smiling face.
I strongly Recommend this hotel for your stay at Corbett National park & Spl thanks to Talwar sab & Uday Vir Singh for making our stay comfortable in all the way

NEAT AND CLEAN HOTEL

Its good hotel with lot of greeenry around. Rooms are clean and good,service is quick.Recommend for people who want to take break while enroute to Ranikhet/Kausani or even Jim corbett safari...they do not provide food facilities but its manageable since there are lot of restaurant around.You might face some challenge with early morning breakfast though bcoz shops are closed
