booked the hotel for one night on 19 july 2019 through OYO. The person at reception refused to provide a room and asked to leave.
The property is situated in a very narrow gully.
Not recommended.
Not for family.

worst hotel ever booked

Had booked a room for 2 nights via makemytrip, which had rated it as a 2 star hotel. it is no where close to being a 2 star hotel. There is no proper approach road. Need to stop the taxi around 150 meters from the hotel, and walk through a narrow , dirty street (galli), which is around 5 feet wide and hence no car can enter. person at the reception did not make any effort to make us feel comfortable. There were many people/staff near the reception, who were literally starring at us. The room did not have any ventilation and no mobile connectivity. When we asked for a different room, we were shown another room which was still being renovated and was being painted. we were asked to either take this room or leave it. My wife did not feel safe to stay here, so we ended up booking a room in another hotel and forfeit the amount paid at this hotel. In summary, this place is not for couple,family, ladies. At best, it  can be considered for a 1 night stop over by men who would like to stay at a place close to railway station.

Hotel Maharani Palace - terrible location

It should be dragged in consumer forum for it's pathetic services, disgusting room quality,rude staffs etc etc...this hotel is just a nightmare...they even don't have a proper ventilation system in their rooms...

Worst 

Worst Hotel experience in India! Room was dirty, laundry service exorbitantly expensive, shower had to run for 10 minutes to have at least warm water, toilet and sink wouldn’t drain.  We were staying in Hostels and wanted to spend a nice night in Delhi, but were more than disappointed with this choice. Staff was rather playing on their phones than taking care of customers and didn’t really speak English. Staff would enter the room unasked while I was in the bathroom. We booked because of a discount, but even 50% less was too much!
Terrible place, do not book here!

Horrible experience 

It's room are good. But overpriced. But the hotel located inside of a gali(narrow lane). ID acceptable other than PAN card. The advantage is it's very near to new Delhi station. If someone had to catch a flight from Delhi airport, the nearest metro station is new Delhi metro. 

It's ok for one night stay 

Had booked for 2 nights but checked out within a day. Hotel is really really bad. Situated in a very narrow gully.
Rooms are barely passable. Doors are very flimsy, couldnt sleep at all as there was constant noise through the night.
