Rooms were ok repairing work is going on no restaurant checkin was delayed until professional staff inspire of repeated requests services were delayed. We have booked 4 rooms for 11 persons extra bedding was not provided for addition guest  over all stay was very poor will not recomend as many good options are available at same cost.

Night Stay

Staff is too polite, and service is also nice.
Everything is nice and decent, feeling like a next home stay.
But at ground floor need some construction work. 
Receptionist Mr. Rajendra ji is a nice person, He'd helped me for my all local needs during my stay. 

Nice stay in Budget

the hotel is very nice developed and managed. Nice staff to welcome you at hotel. The nature of the staff is very helpful at all the time. The food is good and the desert is delicious. Security of the hotel is very nice, Must stay with this hotel when on business trip. 

Nice rooms and clean atmosphere

Nice hotel,on main road location just near by New Delhi railway station...nice spacious room with good staff and nice food in restaurant——-nice man Mukesh JI —-down Mac Donald n near by metro with suitable with family—-it’s my third family trip

Delhi welcome by welcome palace

I have stay here for one night. Hotel has good location  like only walking distance from railways station. Its located on main road only so difficulty in finding location. Room was neat clean when we reached hotel. Bathroom was also not maintain. Food was worth of money.

Room was not clean

we went in the wee hours. The driver waited for due to custom delay.  From the airport it about 20 minutes ride without traffic congestion. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are big and clean. Toiletries are up to date. Good spread of breakfast.

Its it really a welcoming hotel the moment you enter

It was booked by our travel agent for single night stay. Rooms are clean and fine. Service was good.
Not sure about cost, but good.
Located in central location, with lot of restaurants near by. Overall a good experience with this hotel.
