Satisfied

Holiday Inn, Aerocity

What can I say? Having stayed in countless hotels this one certainly takes the cake. The entire team of this hotel is focused on guest satisfaction and comfort. The executive officer of this establishment is to be congratulated. Modern and comfortable rooms; restaurants serving great food and the location can’t be beat! The phot is of stuffed paneer tandoori parantha with curds - superb! served for breakfast. 

What can I say? 

Normally I don’t write a review on a hotel unless I stay a few nights as you can’t really get to know a hotel with a single night stay. Well, this time I stayed only one night at this hotel, but I was favorably impressed. While I didn’t have the time to really get to know it, I favorably compared it to the Novatel Hotel Aerocity that I’ve stayed at several times, and I really like this hotel. 
The staff was very good. 
It was very clean, quiet and comfortable - the main things I need from a hotel. 
The breakfast had a good selection to choose from. 
The price was quite good and it is a good value for the money. 

I look forward to getting to know it better on subsequent stays.

A very good hotel, a good value for the price

My stay in hotel delhi aerocity inn wasn't pleasant. It is very close to the airport and it should be said that at night it's pretty quiet. But it's dirty and the toilet didn't flush, no hot water and also something was leaking which got the bathroomfloor wet during the 2 day stay. The cleaners didn't clean the room in our absence, though we pointed this out to them.

Go a little further

Stayed here 18 months ago and was satisfied with my room and stay. This time I was very dissatisfied with my stay. First I was given a room that had a noisy air conditioner that didn’t work and too make it worse had soiled sheets and dirty walls. After complaining to management, I was assigned a new room that was very attractive and clean but the air conditioner still didn’t provide cooling. It was 90 degrees in New Delhi and the rooms had no windows so air conditioning was a necessity not an option. When I first complained to the managers about the air conditioning, I was told that it takes about 10 minutes of operation before they would provide adequate cooling which proved to a false claim. I had an early morning flight to catch and didn’t have the time to change hotels. I gutted it out in my second room but encountered another problem with a noisy bearing in the ceiling fan which I ended up turning off. Needless to say it wasn’t a fun stay at this hotel.
