Very good service .in .this hotel they are awesome place and enjoyable the hotel metro views are  mind blowing  this are neat and clean hotel.and there staff management are exllcent this trip are my best trip ever because this hotel and there service service are super

Location of hotel metro view inn Patel Nagar very good . hotel staff very politely care all visiter .my business visit very good and the hotel faselity is excellent and service is fast to another hotel all the best

I feel like a home stay. Very comfortable and good location. People are helpful there. Near by Patel Nagar metro station.
I recommend for this hotel to book for specially couple and family. I hope visit again next time.

Location of the hotel is good, walking distance from Rajendra Place metro station. Staff is co-operative. Room is good as compared to the price. But, lack of variety in complementary breakfast. Overall good experience.

I checked in and went to my room,  I was staying 5 night (from 14 feb to 19 feb) and i faced lots of problems. The staff was gossips with each other, their loud voice creat lots of disturbances in rooms bcz rooms are not soundproof. TV didn't work, i went to the front desk 4 to 5 times, They didn't sent someone to fix it and every time they made excuses that in whole patel nagar area facing cable issue but in other rooms TV was work properly. The quality of the plates was so poor.  The glasses were not clean. The staff was not cooperative they always make us fool i asked for Water bottle 2 to 3 times the receptionist always telling me sending sir again sending sir one minute only but her one minute was not come till night then i have to purchased water bottle from outside the hotel. i paid around 8k but i didn't get morning breakfast even a single day. At the time of check-out the receptionist asked me can give the phone in which u made the booking. because i want to see something. then she gave 5 rating from my phone without my permission and she again made me fool that your rating option will come again. i am also a hotelier and regular customer of oyo. it was my worst stay in oyo rooms.This hotel made oyo's top ten worst hotels in the country. I want to suggest and its my request as well if u r paying very huge amount for your vacation never stay in that hotel. if they invite you to stay in free, do not go too.

Worst experience in my life. getting fooled by Oyo rooms

Worst services during peak season. Lack dedication towards guests. Customer satisfaction is missing in their priority list. The staff is also not well mannered. As far as the rooms are concerned, once a guest checks out, one room attendant will immediately groom the room, clear the dustbin, place an Oyo rooms kit and then the room is ready for the other guests. Even the bedsheets and towels are not changed. The washrooms are not cleaned. The morning complimentary breakfast is just for namesake. It will be a waste of money to take a room in this hotel.
