Compartable Business Hotel in noida.
Rooms are clean and spacious,it is convenient located or noida express way. The food is good and staff helpfull.rooms are big and facilities are very good. The place serene

Maintenance is good but service is pathetic. You may like to have the rooms on the left on ground floor as those are spacious and with road view. Do not take rooms in the basement.
This do not have a lift. Also, they do not have parking facility. You need to park your vehicle on road. It is in a residential colony. This is a set of flats converted into hotel. They have a kitchen (not a restaurant) with caretaker and cook. 

Average !!

I landed in Delhi and stayed overnight at the Novotel near the airport.   The next day I was headed over to Noida for several days and supposed to stay at the FabHotel Exotica.    My friend called me to tell me that the manager at the hotel had said that since I wasn't a national I couldn't stay at the hotel.   I called the FabHotel main number to ask them how I could book a hotel that I wasn't allowed to stay at.   They assured me that I could stay.   When my friend took me to the hotel they took one look at me and told me I could not stay there.   The state had not given them permission to have foreigners stay in their hotel.   I called back to the main number and initially they said that I could stay.   Then when I asked them if they wanted to talk to the manager who said I couldn't stay they paused, put me on hold and came back and told me that I couldn't stay at the hotel.   They offered to put me up at a FabHotel back in Delhi which with rush hour traffic each day would have been an hour and a half drive.   I chose to go find another hotel.

Since I wasn't from India I wasn't allowed to stay

Trip was smooth with few glitches during our check in time. 

Overall good property but one should confirm that he is not getting a room in basement. Overall other rooms were good.

Food is also very good. 

One can stay here for short trip. Property is approx 1 km from noida expressway

I was stay in fab hotel excotica in noida , really this hotel is very very nice ,, ,,
Food quality is good ,rooms is very clean, location allso very good in sector , service very good , clean lines , staff very help full 
Mr sunil is very cooperative man , the hotel is full value of money ,I want come back agien in future ,, thanks fab hotel,,,👍,,

overall a good experence with a good property and hotel staff. Mr.sunil fab manager and shashank is helpfully parson professional also.property is clean and tidy ,security is good ,, Sequrity hard present every gate.food so tasty.
