The Tsala treetop hotel is an unusual and very well maintained and decorated hotel. Each of the houses have a bedroom,  bathroom, living room, and a small pool with terrace. It's exceptionally nice furnished and decorated.The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants of which both are serving excellent food in a fresh quality. The breakfast is nicely presented with a good variety - warm and cold. All in all - a place to enjoy and to relax -

We visited this place in May 18

No hot water facility throughout the day, only in morning

TV was not good, but replaced later

Lot of follows required for any required service 

Only 2 hangers were provided, there was no hooks in cupboard

AC was switched off and the switch  control was at the Reception counter

To switch on the AC we need to request them every time

The services are not up to the standards.

It was not worth spending your money on this resort

For corporate customers if this kind of services are given then I really doubt what services would a normal customer get.

All above experience was very Pathetic and horrible

Now it's your call 

The infrastructure and ambience is too good as seen on the photos but the services have to improved

Please don't go on the cover of the book....

Very Pathetic Service

Nice hotel with good spacious, clean rooms. Its just before the venna lake @3KMs..
Good space for car parking. Staff is polite and prompt in service. Room tariff is really reasonable and worth. Its a budget resort. Good space for kids play and chit chat.
Overall Good place to stay. 
This resort is just along side of Bella Vista Resort. And 6Km away from Mahabaleshwar Main market towards Panchgani.

TV s are old fashioned. LCDs would add the grace to the room and pleasure to the tourists.

Good place, Value for Money

Easy on the pocket. Value for the money. Not more and not less. 
Timely service. But at late nights and early mornings the service lags as is expected.
Awesome location. Very easy access. 
Duplex good for 4.
Food good if ordered early.

I have been to this place in Dec'14 with family after reading lots of positive and negative reviews i decided to go ahead with booking . Here's my review for the hotel

1) Good location right on pachgani mahabaleshwar main road easy to locate right opposite to Surya resort. We booked 2 standard room in 1800 rs through booking.com . Totally worth it!!
2) Nice peaceful location with ample parking space all mahabaleshwar and pachgani points are within 5-6 km distance
3) Rooms were pretty big 3 people can be easily accomodated in standard room. No need for AC room if you are visiting this place in Nov Dec

4) Overall the staff was also very courteous and available round the clock for support. We tried some evening snacks and tea which was pretty good.

Overall a very good satisfying experience at this place. Will visit again

Recommendation:- Try food in Jaffer bhai panchgani and Strawberry cream in bagicha restaurant hardly 5 min drive from this hotel

Overall Nice Hotel with good location

Good budget hotel. 
Located in middle of panchgini and mahabaleshvar, so easy to move around. No noise. 
Food was good.
Service is very good, people are very co operative. 
Water fall is just 3 km from hotel.
