We had wonderful time at holiday as we chosen this to take a break before start for Shimla .Wonerful hotel with food pool ,night club and over and above professional staffs.They have good lawn with unlimited greenery .Regards Raja

Old hotel but simply wonderful

Excellent resort , Excellent greenery surrounding the hotel, large swimming pool 
will make your day, helping nature staff, All good keep it up. 
This resort basically situated away from crowded city area,it will be good destination
for peace lovers.

located near chandigarh shimla highway.rooms are spacious and the green surrounding make the stay very enjoyable.food is very good.all staff is very polite.service is very good.we enjoy the over all time spend in hotel north park.i will come in again and again.Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant!!!

ever green sky view and river view

Quite a huge place though a little isolated , good for big parties, well maintained lawns and swimming pool though a very small one, rooms are ok and reasonably priced, good food and service, we were there to attend a marriage reception, good arrangements

Hello Friends, Do not book this hotel. I am a resident of Panchkula and have been to this place quite often. I have seen the services of this hotel from giving +5 star hospitality to -5, as have degraded a lot. Few instances which will make you change your mind.

1. Landlines are not working
2. AC have issues.
3. Dish TV is not recharged.
4. You will get only one soap in washroom (Rs.5).
5. No Room Service, not even water
6. In name of breakfast, they have only Parantha and egg.
7. No Dental kit, not even toothpaste.
8. No Refrigerator in room.
9. No complimentary water bottle.
10. Only cups and glasses in room.
11. Only 1 Towel in a room.
12. No hot water available in washroom.

Staff Behavior: Very Rude and inattentive. They say that management should better shut the hotel as they don't provide basic necessity in room and guest raises complaint at reception and they are frustrated by listening many complaints but due to bread and butter needs, they are working.

Disaster Services

We were very excited to look at the pictures of the hotel, but it was a nightmare when we checked in the hotel! The TV wasn't working, and it stopped working twice, the bathroom wasn't very OK for the claimed standard of this hotel.Even they don't have mineral water- the hotel was full of mosquitos and flys! very very unhealthy place to stay!

Very bad experience

To start with the room was not ready. Then the guy at the reception gave us the worst possible room. Which was ready according to him. When we entered there were used tea cups on the table and condom wrapers on the table. Bedsheets were dirty . The AC wasn't working , there was no running water. In this june heat i had to go to reception 3 times to complain. Then he absolutely refused to give me another room and had the adocity to say that if u want another room u should upgrade. He called the maintenance and says to me u can go with him and get your AC fixed. This property is a joke. If anyone is reading from the hotel fire that reception bald guy or else I'm pretty sure you will go out of business very soon. Never ever stay at this property even if its free. I'm just glad my nightmare ended.
