Hi, 

#WorsthotelsinPatna. I am staying in the hotel right now. Attitude of the staff is awful. I am hotelier myself and know how should we treat customers. Firstly I there is nowhere mentioned what to dial on the side phone. By guessing, after three attempts finally got correct number, being a hotelier. Second thing I asked for food menu, IRD person said nai hai humare pass. Aap bolo kya khana hai, hum bhejenge but menu nai hai, Then I asked, how I will come to know what all are prices and how will come to know wethear hotel is charging regular  or the is discrepancy.  
Fine then I asked him for reception number.  He gave me and bang the phone. Then I dialed reception number the gentlemen over the call with attitude,  I asked  hi that sir I don't have menu in the room, before completing my side, he said room service mai call kro na. Then I said Sir I called to in room dining and they said they don't have cashier  and we don't have, call back later.
That's by I called you. Then he said Khana khana hai to room service  wale hi denge na Hum thodi na denge and then bang the phoneq. Management please  look into this.
( I mean I want to order food as I was feeling hungry, they are saying bad mai call krna, means now they will advise me when to take my food.) Disgusting Hotel. I have couple of areas in the hotel showing 3 Star category but trust me #FHRAI should have to see to it.

Attending wedding,  

Hotel is dirty. No maintenance. Receptiinist is rude. He behaves like he is doing me favour. I never recommend this property. Only plus point is hotel is near rail stn. The towel is so dirty, I could not bath during stay



Very bad exp

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and had it not been a pre-booked reservation, I would have not stayed in this shabby hotel! The hotel is old and while you can still deal with an old building, the rest of the facilities and service leaves a lot to be desired. Rooms are not clean and even the linen and towels in the room were well below standard. The phone lines were not working during my entire stay and being on the 5th floor, I had no option but to go down to the reception for any request! Another terrible aspect was that my room had no hot water and I had to either ask for buckets of hot water for my shower or just take a cold shower!! Just unbelievable how on earth can a hotel run like this. And the management just did not care about these issues- they always came up with some excuses. The restaurant is pathetic too- lot of items on the menu were not available! And the restaurant has a very bad ambience and feels dark and damp at all times. The only saving grace for the hotel are that it is located centrally and very close to Patna Railway Station and wifi was decent. Avoid if you have other options.

Old Hotel With No Concept Of Service! Avoid!

Though this hotel is a popular choice for the travelers since it is very near to the Patna junction railway station and located right on the main road, but the problem with it is that it is not renovated since last two decades making the room look old-fashioned and with shabby painting, The food offered is the hotel is good and also the rates are quite cheap than compared to most of the hotels on this street.

I was on a office trip for two days and a senior from patna recommended this hotel to me. So, I didin't do much research and directly checked in early morning. I was very disappointed. The room tariff was high w.r.t. the room conditions. I only stayed there because I got a fair deal from a travel site. The hotel is not in a very good conditions and rooms are not very clean either. It seems that this was a hotel which had a great run in past. The only pro is the location from Patna railway station.

A Hotel that was!

Located at the heart of the town...hotel is good to stay for a day...budgetwise it is very expensive...even food is also very expensive...its not suggested for mid class people to stay with the family...can attract the visitors, if they change tariff card...!!!

One day stay is okay...!!!

Hotel samrat international in patna freser road 800001.its locaioin is very good and the rooms are too spacious and clean .the hotel samrat international is good food provide for all customers ,but it's all room are something old type and no any maintain ,as like bathroom in leakage .his manager is lady and she will charge absolute and i will never recommend any one this hotel

Well located in the centre, this hotel is very noisy. In the single rooms in any case, all the windows are small and there is little clarity. The water heater is leaking, no hot water, no internet that works... poor quality/price ratio but, in Patna, the prices are very high (I don't know why).

Suite for 50€/night. Lunch without interest but hotel located in the hotel district.
