Good place to stay with family with nice scenic around the hotel Especially the Malampuzha Dam view from our room was literally superb.  Also the food was really good at their restaurant. It just walkable distance from the Hotel to Dam.

Best Place near Malampuzha Dam. Go for it .

Set atop a small hillock , about 10 km from Palakkad city , and less than a km from the Malampuzha dam, it offers a Good view.  Ample space all around with a well maintained garden . Very very helpful staff.  The restaurant was good too , except for a tiny inconvenience of ordering the dinner before hand during the evening (like the waiter demanding to know the exact number of chappatis we'll need etc .. a bit ridiculous, I hope the management will look into this ! )

We stayed at KTDC Garden house for two days last week. There is ample parking space. We travel often and I have never come  across such polite, helpful and friendly staff. They are well-informed about all the tourist locations nearby and we were well-guided by them.  The hotel provides beautiful mountain views. You can sit or take short walks through the premises feeling dwarfed watching the towering lush green mountains around you! We occupied a deluxe room which was spic and span, quite spacious. Toilet was fitted with a shower, had hot water, clean towels, free toileteries, super clean! The garden is very near to the hotel, you can either take a flight of steps to cut short your way to the garden or a leisurely stroll through the main road. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel, all were yummy! The portions were indeed satisfactory. A coffee lover myself, I would give 5 stars for their coffee. Leaving the hotel, we felt really proud. Final impression - worth the money. After all, KTDC - Kerala Tourism Development Corporation- is our own. Would definitely recommend! 



Perfect stay

One of the best Hotel in Malampuzha. Garden and Dam are very close to the Hotel. Very affordable place and Rooms are spacious. Good service . The only downside is that the Hotel has a very limited food options.

We have arranged our Training programme at KTDC Malappuzha , for three days  as two groups , best hospitality we have received, really cant described in mere words, excellent service, we are really impressed by the way which Mr Susheel & Bijo team acted. we hope next year too will will be coming back - Jayesh - HR manager , SBR , Thrissur

Excellent service and Blissful hospitality

I stayed KTDC's Garden House Malampuzha with family last two weeks before.

Check in and Reception staff behaviour was nice. Room is spacious but normal. Through the back side window can see some portion of the dam.

Malampuzha dam is very near to the property. May be due to Off season the food selection at Restaurant was limited. But the taste was Ok.

I would like to suggest this KTDC Property for the people who like to stay at Malampuzha

A Nice Stay Near Malampuzha Dam

This hotel is next to the malampuzha dam which means you can visit the place walking...view from hotel is great..only challenge is food.. one has to eat from the limited food option which one will not like if in vacation
