I booked this hotel through GoIbibo.com, Location is near to Civil line bus stand. Check in is smooth but little complicated. Rooms are clean but very small. food is very costly. Room service is ok. Good for short stays. Room tarriff is high but they are not providing nothing like electric kettle and tea or coffee maker in the room. they should definitely provide these things in hotel  room because they are charging High Room Tarriff.

Budget Hotel in civil lines Allahabad

Not for family.Not clean,all amenities not good. Toilet dirty and balcony is full of water due it's window AC and always one have to carefully walk because always slippery. Wall are painted with tobacco and Pan.

Average hotel with average service

The rooms are fair if compared with the bad hotels' offering of this city of Allahabad (getting a good hotel here is an illusion.) The rooms of this hotel are offered for 100 USD night as it were 5 Stars (!) But when you see the rooms, you would find the same kind of it in Thailand for 30 USD. There is not breakfast included, so you don't get the point of why you are paying 100 USD night if it looks also small, not too splendid and you get noisy neightbours in the night. By the way, check out is at 11AM... then, suddenly, at 9AM I got a call from reception asking me at what time I was going to check out (?) (!) I never have had such experience before. I said in a very kind way to the receptionist that it is not okay... Anyway, in a city without hotels, this is something near to a hotel.

Over priced

Great location. Very courteous staff. The team Galaxy was very busy preparing for the maha Kumbh, yet they did great job making feel at home away from home. Food offerings on menu or good, taste is okay. Speed to deliver should be informed to the guest to avoid long wait.

Business trip

I booked this hotel through make my trip. Hotel location is good but service is very slow. Check inn and check out is fast. Prefer this hotel to stay in Allahabad. Rooms are clean. Needs improvement in room services.

Nice Hotel

Highly overpriced. Never recommended to any one. Please avoid staying here. The worst part was that for the two days I was there, the room was not cleaned and the beds were never made up (despite multiple calls to the reception and housekeeping staff). Totally unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber, but apologies were never offered, not even at check-out. More experience will also share after checkout.

Worst Experience

The quality of the rooms and other amenities are not as good as compared to the charges. Breakfast is no.t good in taste. Washrooms tabs leak most of the times. Location is very noisy. Overall not a value of money
