The only best thing we found at this hotel is its location. It is just opposite to the Kulwanth hall entry gate and only a few feets away from bus stand. Just cross the road and no need an auto.
When we reached, there was no power. So lift was not working. We got a room at first floor. As no power, there was no light in the room for half an hour. Overall the quality of the room was very poor. Lights missing, taps leaking, Doors cracked, Window net ruptured but covered with plastic covers. Lot of rubbish in the narrow gap behind the windows.
No TV, No Intercom, No Room Service, No power backup.
There is Geycer. Blankets are provided.A small restaurant is there at Ground Floor
OK for bachelors. Not recommended for families

Low Quality Hotel

they have a rude ,arrogant and impolite person in front office.i dunno his name,he looks black and pot belly.this guy behaves like VIP and doesn't respect customer.he is very lazy and unfit to do any job. am not going to visit this place coz  its very irritating to talk to an arrogant and rude moron. if you want decent customers ,get rid of this guy

If you are  planning to book a room in this hotel. Here is a small view of what is inside the rooms:
1. Holes in the hotel room door
2. AC Rooms having open vents which cannot be closed (AC?)
3. Paint Buckets instead of mugs in bathrooms
4. Toilet is filthy and on the verge of collapsing, broken taps
5. You can touch the fan if you stand and raise your hand 
6. The cleaner will clean the room ONLY after you CHECK-IN AND TELL THEM TO
7. TV do not work (Broken switches, only 1 plug point works, no regulator for Fan)
8. The hotel manager never comes to the hotel, and makes his minions to do his job.
9. There is no one to respond or answer you if you go there, despite repeated complaints
10. Staff pretends to sympathise with you, but that's only to make sure you stay
11. For a few hundreds more, I would recommend going to Sai Towers.

Clearly, this is not a place humans can live in. For those who are even remotely conscious of their health, cleanliness or even requiring basic needs, please do not step into this place. I would rather walk 10 extra steps for ashram, than live here in 'Kota Satyam' and get some terrible illness due to its pathetic condition.

Pathetic, Horrible and not fit for Humans to live in

I stayed in Kota Satyam between 24 Oct - 26 Oct and the booking was done through yatra.com. It was a real horrible experience with shabby rooms, pathetic cleaning staff and an inefficient manager. The bathroom was stinking, plug points burnt, yellow bed-sheets with big stains... the list is endless.

The only good point about the hotel is that it is exactly opposite the ashram. Also, would want to thank the owner for Baba's beautiful sketches.

Definitely not recommended.

A disaster!

Since our flight is landing night and only available hotel via online we booked this for a night stay. unfortunately our experience with this place is very disappointing experience. Basically staffs does not know the pre-booking and the facilities entitled for it.

Rooms are terrible and they have not clean the room at all. Power plugs are does not have any safety and no protection for Wire. TV never worked and toilet was not clean at all.

You need to pay even you entitle for the free breakfast on your booking as hotel staffs are does not know. Staff are very poor in speaking English and not much helpful. 

After each and every work, Staff expect you to give tips!

I wont recommend this hotel to anyone in future.
