Bad experience with service and staff behaviour is so rude not supportive whenever you ask something ignoring by staff they are showing actually good but at the payment time they showing real face kindly chek before book they don't have any patience

Bad experience not supportive staff

Worst hotel in every department... staff is so arrogant and non co operative...food and beverage are served in unwashed utensils...pathetic experience...unnecessary arguments done by staff...will never suggest anyone to visit...rates at this hotel are also not value for money....in these rates u can book a 100 times better stay than this...

Pathetic hotel

Hotel do not have a healthy attitude due to this they don't have good management. Owners haven't professional attitude. They don't give respect to their staff. That's why staff having demoted habbit. Taste is good. Hotel Staff is very cooperative. Need to improve management quality only.

Average

Rooms are big and neat and clean. Front desk staff and house keeping staff is very friendly. Only caution for the hotel needs to take is to get it's food and service staff specially the females working in restaurant get trained. With no other table occupied and been alone they didn't place the order to the the kitchen. Had to leave the restaurant without what I ordered due to lack of time.

Good hotel 

a three star property with warm staff. wide spacious rooms. the bathroom had a problem with the hot water and cold water selector mixed up and abnormally programmed. the restaurant staff was very courteous. the hotel is situated near the airport making it a very convenient option.

comfortable and cosy

I had booked this hotel for three nights through a travel website at exhorbitant price and expected that the hotel would be real class apart. However, I was totally dissapointed and dissatisfied after staying for three days. The breakfast spread was ....well below average and the quality and taste of the food served during the breakfast was very very poor to say the least.  The room service for food (lunch and dinner)was definitely better though not great.
The WC and bath arrangement were very average. Hot water in the shower was limited. The height of the WC and the cleaning arrangements were very uncomfortable.
With respect to traveling out of the hotel App Cab is the only way else you will have to walk a distance. App cab services are a rarity after 1900. I faced serious issues due to this. Further the hotel does not have a travel desk.

I feel a good property is being completely being put to waste due to the above issues.

Poor Quality Hotel but exhorbitantly expensive

Good hotel but needs to keep the rooms clean and maintain a certain standard of hygiene. 

Food variety offered on breakfast is not upto the mark. Food ordered on d room was EXTREMELY SPICY...!

Washrooms are not clean.
The cleaning staff is not even bothered to clean the room properly and was caught putting used towels back to use.

Management needs to gear up and check the quality of working staff please.

Fair stay!

Went there on 19th and checked out on 20th. Very good food and very well maintained room's. The staff is friendly. The room's are spacious. They also provide extra bed on need. The service is very quick.
