We were very amazed and in awe of this one person who was proactive and readily available when we needed help. 
On the night of December 2nd, my mother suddenly started to feel very sick. Due to this incident, we needed medication, blankets, and a heater. He even added in some biscuits and hot water, just o she could get better. Thus, we are very appreciative of our hero, Lalsingh, whose dedication was beyond the roof. Because of this I have decided to give him a five star rating. 

When we needed help 

The service was outstanding, the view was spectacular and the staff was very polite and helpful. Helping us with things and any request we had they answered quickly. We were very impressed with the desert and the tent, it was very spacious and beautiful just like the pictures. The food in the dining room was very tasty and good, many choices of what to eat. Attitude was exceptional and really amazing. There are a lot of fun attractions that you can do, which is for sure you will not be bored in this place at all! I highly recommend coming to stay there.

A fascinating experience

We had gone for new years. Amazing stay and arrangements were made. The DJ was just too much fun... the food variety was also good with lots of starters and majn course. We had a great time and the staff was very helpful and courteous and rooms and bathrooms were very neat and clean. Highly recommended



AmaIng experience at TAO, Jaisalmer

The location is very good, especially for sunset and sunrise, with nice and clean exotic accommodations, the food is also delicious, and the Front desk and staff are very helpful, always ready to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Pleasant stay

Aarab bhai has been a great driver.. He was always there for all the travel needs.. It's just the entire service was so pricey maybe coz we booked it from our mahindra holiday resort which nowhere discount great service by Aarab bhai..Manager didn't show any rate card, you have to agree to whatever price he may chose for you...

Great Driver but bad Manager

I had visited Tao Jaisalmer with my friends and it was truly an amazing experience.we did camel and jeep along with private dinner on dunes and we were all very happy with the service. The staff at the Mumbai office Jaisalmer resort were very kind

Very Good Experience

We currently stayed in Tao this August. For the first time we saw rains on a desert. The experience was beautiful and everyone should experience. The food was really good. Private sand dune experience was beautiful and worth it. The price we paid for the entire experience and Stay was justified. Thank you Tao for this experience.

Different experience in a desert

Tao experience was amazing. Loved the tents and got an experience to stay on a desert. The staff was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed the quad bike and zip line. Food was yummy and a good spread was there. They arranged a private sand dune dinner for my entire family along with barbecue which was a unforgettable experience. Overall had an wonderful experience.  This place is a must visit for family along with kids and friends. Thank you Tao :)

Good experience to remember

Tao gave us a beautiful experience to stay in a desert in comfortable tents. the experience to stay on a desert under the stars  was outstanding. Loved the cultural programmes in the evening with hot evenings snacks and tea. Private dinner setup on the sand dunes with barbecue was a beautiful Experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the adventure activities which was zip line and quad biking. Breakfast and dinner spread was also good and the food was good and tasty. A must visit for everyone including kids. Thank you Tao for this wonderful experience.

Best experience I have had in my life

We did not stay in the hotel but we did  the dinner on dunes with the company. Dinner was extremely RECOMMENDED. It is once in a lifetime experience. Food was delicious (no spicy as we ordered), staff was kind and helpful and also giving us space so that we could feel we were by ourselves in the middle of the dessert. Accurate decoration. 
What is more, they organised and helped us with the other activities we wanted to do during the whole stay.
