Very nice ambience and location. Staff is very good and perfect place to stay in kottakal. The rooms are large and very clean. Location close to MIMS and important places in Kottakal. Had a enjoyable time in the hotel.

Nice hotel

It was an amazing stay. I booked for a dlx room and they given good and well maintained hygienic rooms. Reception Restaurant and housekeeping staffs are well care and mankind to all the guest. It was a pleasure to give 5 stars rivew to Rydges Inn staff's.

Thank You Rydges for keeping marvelous and great carring staff in your property. I'll recommend to all my friends and family about your services also I'll recommend stay too.

Excellent care and marvelous hospitality

I`ll definitely appreciate the excellent service and wonderful hospitality of Hotel Rydges Inn..! We really enjoyed the food we ate.! The cleanliness of the banquet hall and rooms are much appreciable..! More than anything the price they are offering is incomparable.! Keep up the good work guys.!

Excellent service and wonderful hospitality

The good thing about this hotel it has clean room wuth daily servise and an exelent kitchen serving vegetarian food.
However the nights were noisy due to a public road, hospital, bar and their conference room which was next to our room.  We had already brought this to the notice of the staf. 
The staff were helpfull and friendly.

Clean comfortable.

Positive: a) Spacious rooms b) Food is economical and tasty. We tried vegetarian food (Mix veg Curry and Phulka)  c) The location is near to Supermarkets and famous eateries. d) Parking is available. e) Accessories are provided in the room (soaps, dental kits, shampoo, tea/coffee/milk powder and electric kettle). f) Cards are accepted (debit and credit)

Negative: a) There is only 1 Lift and it is not spacious (only 3 persons allowed) b) Complimentary breakfast did not have many varieties c) Room views average. d) TV channels are limited (mainly Malayalam and not Hindi)

Overall a good stay.

Complimentary breakfast could have been better however food was tasty

We stayed for a night (09-10 Feb 2020) and the rooms (AC) are clean and spacious. The view from the hotel rooms is a bit disappointing however it scores high on the hospitality services. The staff are friendly, polite and the service (housekeeping & food) is very quick. Most of the hotels have a single washbasin inside the washroom. However this hotel rooms have washbasins both in the washroom and outside the washroom. 

Overall a good and memorable stay.

Rarely there are hotels having wash basins outside the washrooms

After a long time I feel very pleasant and comfort in a hotel... Rooms are well maintained with cleanliness...Really good work by the management... Each and every staffs are well behaved with the customes... I have enjoyed a lot...

Good food and service

We were on a hurried trip by road to Kozhikode and had to stop at this place for lunch. When the security guy told us that we would be served Onam Sadya, we were tempted. The restaurant was not crowded and we found a place to sit. But none bothered to look at us even for quite sometime and we had to shout for one. meanwhile, found two young ladies walking out irritated. We had no choice but to eat and ordered for the Onam Sadya which was deplorable. The waiters had no idea where to serve the dishes on the plantain leaf even.

Had no choice; so went in

This hotel was so good when I visited last year but has deteriorated completely now. There is no hot water in the room it is supplied in buckets like a cheap lodge. The break fast will scare you . Lunch and dinner once great is now a poor shadow now. I had terrible time for two days. I could not change as booking .com had made the booking non refundable. I have never been unhappy like this 

Terrible place now 

The service is very poor . The bar service staffs treat like a beggers we r waiting almost 45 minuets nobody wants to take order  they r cleaning our table take 45 minutes  we called them somanu times but they never mind us
